I've been getting pizza here for quite some time now and it's usually very good, but this time it wasn't the same quality we've... been used to. We ordered two large pizzas, the meat lovers and the factory special, both with added feta. The factory specialwas okay, but the meat lovers was very skimpy on the toppings and tasted over-cooked and dry. The toppings started about twoinches away from the edge leaving the edge to taste very dry and crusty. I usually like both pizzas, but this time I wasn'thappy at all. I often see the owner there when I pick up our pizzas, but she wasn't there this time. I'm not sure if there's anew owner, but the quality wasn't what we've been used to. I might give them another try, but I like pizza too much to settlefor bad pizza. I'm not sure what went wrong that night, but after trying them again, THE PIZZA IS BACK TO THE WAY IT USUALLYIS, AWESOME! Read more
Terrible service, the manager hung up on me for telling her about her false advertisement and not explaining the deals well.... Food was okay but would rather recommend any other pizza place than this one. Read more
We have had Pizza Factory several times over the last few years living in Rutland. In our opinion it is far and above the best... pizza in Kelowna. Crust, sauce and toppings are delicious, and plentiful. Pricing is very competitive for great pizza. I woulddrive to the far side of town for this pizza if I had to. Luckily it?s in my neighbourhood. Side note: when my wife Lev calls inthe order, they ask if this is Lev. Simple call display maybe? But, it makes us feel special every time. Read more
Used to be our go to for pizza but the last 3 times it has been a very thin soft/soggy crust. Wish they would go back to how... they used to be about 2 years ago when they had quality pizza for their amazing price. Topping are always fantastic but thecrust doesn?t make the cut any more :( Read more
Pizza was good but the service (billing) was horrible. We ordered 2 pizza combo through the phone, the price on the phone was... 31.95. When the bill came through, it was 36.05 (good price overall but not what was said on the phone). Also, the menu price onthe counter was 31.95. Cashier lady brought a menu from the back and said our menu has been updated and they are not public yet.The new menu said 35.05 but she will not correct the price. We paid based on 36.05 but could not understand where that pricecame from. Pizzas's were tasty so will come back but will be confirming prices with these guys moving forward. I will recommendthis for anyone going there as well. Read more
Gave this place an honest few tries because it's near my place. Disappointed all 3 times. Not going back. Greasy, soggy and... barely anything on the pizza. Sorry guys Read more
I ordered for delivery I live near downtown, asked if that was okay the girl on the phone said sometimes they are unable and... when it's busy wait times are longer and more charge for delivery fee. I said that's fine as I have been craving their pizza fora while. We got it delivered faster than quoted, hot and perfectly cooked. Read more
