As an ice cream lover, I think this place is overrated to be honest. We?ve tried coffee chocolate flavour in waffle cone which... was delicious. They made best waffle in house. And the second Fllavour I picked was Cookies&cream and London fog. Cookie one wasjust soso. London fog was too sweet a flavour compared to other ice cream stores. I recommend trying FARMER JOHN?S MARKET. socreamier and flavourful! The price was generous as well. That?s the best and also one scoop of ice cream was so huge!! Read more

This is one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to! They have big scoops, great selection of flavours, and freshly made... waffle cones. Every flavour we tried so far have been tasty but a very special one for me as a Middle Eastern is Saffron Rose!It is a classic ice cream flavour we love and grow up with and I hadn?t seen it anywhere else in Canada! Parlour is the best ice cream I?ve ever had. The advantage of handcrafted ice cream made with local ingredients is unmistakable... (and what a double whammy when it comes to supporting local!). With every visit I am shocked by the creamy, smooth texture andrich (not overwhelmingly sweet) flavours. Parlour has created adult-appreciated quality in reminiscent flavours like CookieMonster and birthday cake, as well as modern experiences like pistachio, lavender, and whiskey hazelnut. Instead of the usualsorbet for us lactose intolerant and vegan folk, they have coconut & cashew ice cream! The portions are very generous, and it?slocation encourages sitting to enjoy the lake view while you indulge! So skip desert, and stop at parlour when you?re downtownfor dinner next! Heard great things about this establishment especially since they claim their ice creams are hand crafted. The 1 scoop for $5... is a very generous serving. I chose the pistachio which was subtly sweet and had bits of pistachio pieces for a nice texture.Their affagato is also a good choice and would recommend as well Read more
Wow! This ice cream was AWESOME! So pleased with the variety and all the flavours available! They even had dairy free options in... strawberry, salted caramel and butterscotch pecan I think. They had different bases for the dairy free (coconut and cashew)which was so nice! No weird aftertaste or texture on the dairy free ice cream. They make the waffle cones right there in frontof you so you know it?s fresh! Beautiful spot right by the water, near a park and walking path and around the corner from thefountain.
