My partner and I really enjoyed our dinner at this place. He got the steak (super flavourful) and I got the shrimp tacos (the... shrimp pops in your mouth!) The drinks were great, particularly their bubbly sangria (a must try). The best part wasn?t eventhe food, it was the service. Shoutout to Cadence who was attentive, kind, and cheerful. Service was horrible. There was a concert on at Prospera and the place was busy and they were understaffed. Shawn is the worst... manager (if you can call him that). It took over an hour to get our meal, we had to get up to the bar to get our own drinks,my meal got delivered to a different table so another delay for my meal. I ask Shawn why they seat to capacity if they're shortstaffed? With his diva attitude, all I got was "it's corporates decision" and "I don't like your attitude" give me a break, nowyou want me to leave a tip Shawn??? One star goes to Tara our server who worked her feet off and who we truly felt sorry for. The other star goes to Din Din, who smothed over Shawns attitued by giving us a small discount on our bill and gift certs. These two ladies were great.
