Food was ok, staff was no help over the phone, advertised free delivery with certain amount and when I asked about it he told me... to call skip the dishes and hung up. Went down there to do pickup instead and all staff looked like they were all grouchy.Ordered food, got back to work and realized they forgot our sides, didn?t bother going back, won?t be going back. Fast and efficient service every time. Chicken and wedges are always hot and fresh. Love the sweet dill dip, miss the maple... chili dip. Worth the extra few bucks compared to its colonel sanders competition. Read more
Tastes delicious and my family has been going for their $5 chicken burger on Mondays for several months. Better than KFC,... however, the one big complaint I have is.....they never customize when a customer asks for something different. My mother and Ihave asked for extra pickles everytime we go there. Out of all the numerous times we have gone, we only got extra pickles onceand only because we decided to eat in and complained when we checked the burger. So they gave us some extra on the side. If youare someone who asks for things changed on your chicken burger, then either check before you leave or know it probably won'thappen. Between us, we have got probably over 25 chicken burgers where we asked for extra pickles and not once actually got itwithout having to go back and ask for them. Not a chance the same person has done our order each time and yet they never givethe extra pickles. So how this is possible, I have no idea. If it wasn't for this, I would have given 5 stars. Chicken was good the potato wedges ok but watched the person in the kitchen handle the food he loaded into the boxes with his... bare hands. Not sure how sanitary this is when he touches other items in the kitchen and didn't see him wash. The staff at thetills were wearing gloves but handled money then went into the kitchen hopefully not to load the boxes without changing theirgloves. Read more
