I've tried this location twice since moving to Kelowna. I find them disorganized and often asking other customers "Sorry, what... did you order again?". Last time I was in there they accused a man of not paying for his order and he had to open up his onlinebanking app to prove he did!! I find the pizza undercooked, and the crazy bread just seems to be pizza dough with a little bitof parmesan, as opposed to bread sticks like all of the other Little Caesars I've been to. Ranch BBQ dip is an intriguing, and unique flavor combination. While it took a few minutes for them to prepare a fresh... "hot-n-ready" pizza, the wait was worth it. The employee gave me a few pieces of pepperoni for my dog who was waiting outside.She thoroughly enjoyed it, and performed her tricks with laser focused attention that before this moment I thought was beyondher. Came in for “buy $25 gift card and get free pizza” promo. It took them over 15 minutes to load it, finally paid. Bought the... gift card, got the pizza, came back in a month, they tell me the gift card is empty. We went to the K.L.O. Little Caesars today and had tried to order the Slices n sticks (half pepperoni, half cheese bread). They... said they don't have it, and can't make it. So we got what we thought was found to be a half pepperoni, half cheese sticks deepdish. We got it home and found out it was 4 different kinds of pizza (not what we ordered). When we took it back they took thefood that came from my house and placed them directly in the food warmer to give to another customer. This is not acceptable(even before COVID), we opened the pizza and touched it before realizing it was wrong. They also allowed 2 people to stand andeat their pizza in the store, and there is no dining in currently at that location. 2 terrible health issues while COVID isstill here.
