They really need to clean, very dirty atmosphere. I fully understand everywhere is short staff but absolutely gross. Appearance... is everything. If the lobby is this dirty I can just imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Read more

Ordered and chicken and fries were luke warm. Hardly any sauce on my sandwich and tasted dry. The bag came with no fork for my... coleslaw and no napkins. The restaurant looked dirty, outdoor tables were dirty and inside floors were dirty Overallunimpressed. Read more

Gave the Rutland kfc 1more chance after many disappointing visits there. Should not have done that! Counter person said that our... bucket would be mostly dark meat so we paid extra for white meat. Most of the bucket were drumsticks (we found when we got home)and thighs. It was also very soggy. The popcorn chicken was undercooked and the dips for the chicken tenders tasted off and hadleaking containers Overall, it was terrible and terribly expensive for what we got! Never again!!! I am at the accent motel in Kelowna, I phoned kfc?s got no answer. Finally made an order through skip the dishes, that was 5 pm... it is now. 7.15 still no sign of them. I had an operation, and I couldn?t eat before, so am very hungry. They processed the$25.00. Now I am getting a friend to drive me to Mary browns. I just asked a security guard, who said something was delivered tothe office some time ago. Cold dinner, no knives, forks, ketchup, napkins. Ordered 2 meals from them and they forgot to pack our drinks. We called to ask to come get our drinks with our own vehical and... they hang up on us. They think we wont come in and see them but we will. Were getting what we paid for either way and well beemailing kfc to complain and well get more free stuff too. From my favourite place to eat when I was a kid to now , the fries are finally not soggy and same with the chicken but this time... the chicken had a weird chemical taste to it , the whole family thought the same thing . Maybe it should be sent to the lab tobe checked because I was very disappointed with the taste . That was not original recipe. Tried to call In order multiple timesand no answer. Don't expect this place to get your order right. Not only do they not get your order right but I sat at the drive through window... waiting to pay and could clearly see the cook and the people working the till huddled up watching something on a cell phone.After paying I also sat there hanging onto the debit machine while they went back on the phone the cook ended up taking themachine from me with his gloves on. All in all I suggest going to a different KFC or an entirely different place to get chicken.I've tried to give this place a few chances and it's never the right order. You also will be expected to sit and wait for yourorder for a while if you go through the drive through! P.s. always ask for a receipt as they don't give you one or put it in thebag.
