Just had the worst experience here. Only a few cars in drive-thru yet it took a super long time. Finally got our blizzards and... they had maybe 1 tablespoon of topping in an entire large blizzard. Worst blizzard I?ve ever had. Read more
Came here around 9 PM on August 12, the girlies on shift did me dirty :( the blizzard was lacking, most locations I go to are... filled up above the top line. Blizzards melt I get it, but for over $7 it's not worth it. Read more
Must have been a new cashier, and it was hard for us to hear her, and for her to hear us because of the huge plastic barrier... thing they have up, so she kept getting our order wrong but we got it all ordered in the end, and it was all good. Avoid this place. We were in the drive thru at 9:52pm and the incompetence of the staff was astonishing. They asked what we... wanted to order, then proceeded to say nothing on the menu was available because they were closing soon. What is that? Please dobetter. Read more
I ordered my food and was told my the drive through worker Jewel to park near the entrance and wait for my food in about 5mins.... I waited 15mins and entered the drive though 4mins prior to closing. For 4 minutes the staff refused to open the window. Afterthey closed they proceeded to tell me they were closed and weren't taking any orders. Gaslighting me over the 4 minutes ofknocking I did to get their attention prior to closing. The worker proceeded to argue that I had not place any order with themeven though I had the bill of charge on my phone. They gave me someone else's reciept and said I didn't order the food I said Idid. After some back and forth it became obvious to them I wasn't leaving without my reciept. The worker "found" it andproceeded to dispear with it behind the wall. After a little time she came back and said they gave me my food. The worker Jewelwalked by 6 or 7 times refusing to acknowledge the issue. Other workers were laughing in the background as it became clear to methat this was a game to them. I asked my for reciept and that I'd take it up with management. Management proceeded to take mycomplaint, tell me I'd get a call back, then get nothing. Manager said the owner would look into this but again, nothing. ThisDairy Queen stole my money which is wild. I would avoid this DQ like the plague. I had to file a charge back for fraud. Owner isclearly a scumbag who shouldn't be running a DQ. Filed a complaint with Head Office. Read more
It's a DQ. If you have been to one you know what to expect. The only reason I'm giving this particular location 3 stars is they... rarely get my order right. It's frustrating continually going through the drive through only to have to park and go in andactually get what I ordered. Word to the wise, if you go through the drive through speak slowly and repeat yourself. When youget your order, check it before moving. Yes it will annoy the people behind you, but it is what it is. Generally speaking: this DQ location?like any other locations?hits the Blizzard spot on! The FlameThrower Wrap was delicious and... spicy hot like, well, a flame thrower ???? One thing to object: dirty tables. My table by the window had stains you could tellhave been there for a long time. It was also very sticky. Read more
Blizzard was disappointing. I am a big fan of blizzards and most locations load you up, as they should for $7. I got mine and it... was basically just vanilla ice cream. I?m not the kind of guy to complain but I went in to ask if I could get more toppings. Thecashier said she would make me a new one. I got the remake and it was even worst than the first one!
