I met up up with my computer guru in Kelowna for Happy Hour. A lot of business was covered. Our server Nicole was awesome. ... Her service and the food servers were exceptional. After our initial Happy Hour choices she was able to recommend other drinksfor us to try. The Mezcal, El Camino, and Polynesian Margaritas were yummy. I would have preferred them a little stronger. Go for the double. The menu offerings met the standard we’ve come accustomed to in other Cactus Clubs. Some guy namedDave beat us to the last piece of lava cake. I was at this place last night with my family for my Mom's birthday. We ordered Ravioli+prawn as well as pesto chicken... quesadilla for starter and they were both great choices to be shared by four. Our server Brayden was a bit too busy ordistracted because she forgot to bring us plates for appetizers or even napkins. We also had to request for utensils. The mainfood though was great except for my dad's steak that was fully raw instead of med rare. The reason why we chose this locationover the downtown one was because of the bad reviews on the service but the service here was just as bad. Read more

Fantastic patio! We highly recommend the outdoor dining experience. There are fans with mist to keep you cool, umbrellas for... shade, and good patio furniture. We were very pleased with our dinner service and food quality. Menu app via QR is slick andeasy to use. You can see a picture of every menu item. Staff were top notch. So I’m from Ontario but do find myself in Kelona often. I really love Western Canada cause they have great restaurants like... the Cactus Club. If you’re looking for a casual slightly upscale restaurant this one’s worth checking out. The serving staffis excellent the food presentation and preparation are what I would consider very good. No matter where you go, the food is always consistent and you know you are going to have a good meal. The ambiance here was... great. Ashley our server was amazing and super friendly and accommodating. As always the Blackened Cajun Chicken Cheddarsandwich reigned supreme. Read more

One Word, EXTRAORDINARY! I absolutely love this place and the crispy tofu bowl was one one the best things I’ve ever tasted!... Staff are amazing and the views may not be as good as the one downtown, They make up for it with an abundance of parking forfree unlike the downtown cactus club. This was my second visit, and what I had this time was just that much better, so I have to leave a review. Service is great,... staff are great. I got the mini burgers, and the blackened creole chicken. Holy...moly. amazing. So much flavour on the miniburgers, I was not expecting them to be as good as any 5 star, regular size burger. The chicken was done perfectly, seasoned andspiced perfectly. Topped with a delicious creole butter. Plus at happy hour the chicken dish is only $21! An absolute steal forthat price. Top notch food. As soon as I walked in past the beautiful rock water fountains and lanterns, the atmosphere was amazing! Good music (mostly R&B)... with comfortable seating and dim lighting like an underground bar. It took about half an hour for the food to come and it wassome of the best food I’ve ever had at a restaurant so I definitely recommend if you’re a foodie. Thé dessert was amazingand just the right portion so you’re not extremely full but just right.
