Reviews for Boston Pizza in Kelowna, BC
We came here a couple weeks ago, food was not our favourite but the server Alex was great. Tried again tonight where we waited... well over 30 minutes for our food, the server brought two out of four dishes and we waited again for the remainder. The food wasnot hot, but mildly warm, and my dish was cold- it tasted like cold Ragu sauce. The server never came to check on us so I nevergo the chance to ask to remedy the situation. When I did bring it up when she finally came for the bill, I mentioned the coldfood and lack of service, to which she apologized and the manager gave us a discount of $2.10. Don't support this restaurant. They clearly do not care about their customers experiences, time, or money. It was the first time in my entire life that Ihaven't left a tip- service, food, and management all 0/5 stars. Save your money- go somewhere else. Read more
My last two Boston Pizza experiences were both a 5* with their awesome Tuesday Pasta ???? dishes. The first time I went by... myself I tried out their spinach and mushroom fettuccine alfredo dish in Vernon & the second Tuesday I went with my sisters inKelowna Boston Pizza, where we all had three different pasta dishes and they were fabulous for each one of us! This time I tried10 Cheese Ravioli in Alfredo sauce (my choice if sauce)& was definitely pleased we planned our Sisters' dinner @ Boston Pizza.???????????????? Read more
I ordered the mushroom chicken fettuccine alfredo which was $19.99. I asked for some baked cheese on top and a bit of extra... sauce because its always dry. They charged me an extra $7.17. $27.17 for a baked pasta dish. They never said that it would costextra for a bit of cheese and sauce. Me and my hubby even shared the dish because we couldn't afford to spend more and they ripus off. Read more

TAKE OUT ORDER. Don't trust it! *Update* I followed the link received in the standard bs reply.. you need a receipt number and... server name to complete the request!!!! LOST ANOTHER STAR!!!!! :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: I'mstill underwhelmed with the quality of BP. My wife and I had a pick up order tonight. My wife had the crispy chicken pecan saladand I had the carnivore pasta. The pasta was ok but very lacking in flavour. There was ample amounts of meat in it though. Thesalad....ohh the salad:( Come on guys should a good paying customer pay $16.99 for 4 candy coated pecans and scant palm ofcheese? The chicken was dry as dust and rubbery. In fact you could bend it end for end and it would not break. It had beenobviously sitting in a warming tray for hours and hours. The size of the salad is represented by the Size dressingcontainer. Yes there was no bad veggies but for 16.99 you should add more than a 1/4 of a 2" cucumber and slice of atomato. What a complete rip off! Should we as customers have to rip our order apart before we leave the restaurant? BP hasslipped and falling fast. I'm sick of paying good money for food that Is not worth more than the container it comes in. What Iexpect is a cookie cutter response to contact another BP division where my comment will fall on deaf ears in stead of dealingwith it at a branch level to correct the issues. I would pay 16.99 for the salad but not for one you get on a flight fromKelowna to Toronto. Read more
The food is constantly inconsistent. I keep giving them another chance to get it right but it’s getting worse every time. I... ordered a starter of the Kickin’ Onion Rings and the Jambalaya Fettuccine dish. Both were sooo bad. The onion rings had thewrong batter and were super greasy plus the pasta dish had next to no sauce and only about 1/2 of the ingredients. Sorry Bostonno more chances. You are way too expensive! Slow service. Had an empty drink and server did not even ask if I wanted another (after taking away our empty plates), I had to... ask. Place was not busy and servers were just not being attentive. I go out quite often to eat, and service here is noticablyworse than most other places. Food is average at best, not great but not bad either. Read more
