Great place for watching the hockey game The new burger with the mac and cheese wasn't as great. The mac & cheese didn't elevate... the burger in flavour, It was just there. Nacho Was great & the cauliflower crust pizza was good but I do suggest getting saucewith it. Read more
Our group of four, went to the BP in Kelowna on 3rd September. We were one of the last customers in the shop. We were served by... a girl and once we were done with our food our bill came up to a total of 150 something dollars. My husband tipped the server 5 dollars, and the server then very rudely threw the receipt on the table and then walked away. Then as we were getting ready toleave she came back to us and told us , "just so you know , the tipping in BC is minimum 15 Percent". She was very rude and theway she talked to us kinda made us really regret the decision to choose Boston Pizza. I admit that the tip was low compared towhat she was expecting, but on the other hand, she didn't do anything so exceptional that we felt the extra urge to tip .Everyone earns their money by pure hardwork and we are no exception. The fact that she received a lower tip is no grounds for aserver to be rude to a customer. In that sense, we were also very courteous in our dealings with her as well and did not feelthe urge to call the manager on her even after her rude behavior. Sat in lounge, awesome atmosphere with golf, hockey and baseball on the TVs. Was full of excitement. Brittney served us and... was great. Food was so good. Will go back.again tomorrow! Had a Brute sandwich....mmmm. Read more
Our server was friendly and the pizzas tasted good. Our glasses of pop were never empty, she kept on top of that. It was pretty... busy with the hockey tournament in town. Service was still good though. Read more

They have the best pizza ever. You can get half and half so u can try 2 different pizza... the have both vegan and vegetarian... options. What I love is their flight deal on Saturdays which u can get 3 small pizza with 3 dipp for around 19$ ???? Theingredients are high quality and I always feel great after eating their pizza. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 star istheir customer service. I had a problem twice here and both time they did nothing they just said sorry did not even offer toremake it. One time the pizza was cold so when I complained our waitress said sorry is the taste ok and she didn't even offer toheated it up. And another time I was missing and ingredients and again they did nothing. I still go here because I love theirpizza but do not count on getting a good service here. Read more

The best service we have received in a very long time. From the front desk to our waiter, everyone had smiles on their faces and... were so cheerful! They accommodated our little ones without any issues. The new menu is amazing. We had the hungry herbivorepizza and creamy mushroom and spinach bake pasta. They were both delicious! I also want to say that the playlist that wasplaying that night was the best! Late 90's and early 2000's hits! We had a blast at this location! Read more
