The service was so bad that honestly makes me laugh ???? you should go and experience it yourself because if I write it it will... sound made up because no one can believe the service can be this bad until they see it themselves. Food was even worse. I gotthe only vegan option on the menu. Tofu pineapple stir fry. The rice was not cooked probably so it was still hard. Giving 5 stars because the food was good and the place was better than expected. I was disappointed that the Mac and cheese... wasn’t like the other pic here on google. I didn’t like the shells and it wasn’t seasoned at all. The burger and chickenstrips were very good. Better than expected! Will be back. Fix your Mac and cheese though! Read more
We were in Kelowna…for four nights… The first three nights every time we called the pub Jaymee would recommend one of her... favourites and someone would deliver it to our room at the best Western. The chicken tacos are to die for !!…the nachos areamazing.. and the spicy chicken wraps were great!! we had the chicken tacos two days in a row because they were so delicious!!The food was always delivered fast and tasty !… On the fourth night, we had a problem with our order. ..(obviously we hadbeen pleased with the food or we wouldn’t have been ordering again on the fourth night) so when the problem occurred we calledback to the pub and the waitress on the phone said: “we will fix the problem and we will not charge you for the food”.. wesaid: ‘it’s not that big of a problem and we would be happy to pay for half!’…the waitress said: “give me amoment”…a few seconds later the manager was on the phone! He told us that he would take care of the problem personally andhe completely redid our order! The food was fabulous !…four nights in a row this is true five star service !! Read more

TERRIBLE!!! The service was obliviously bad (I don't think our main waitress has ever even eaten in a restaurant, let alone been... trained to work in one - she didn't know the specials, didn't know which wines they had in stock, and is clearly a shy personwho can't communicate well with customers and doesn't belong in a service industry position... the second waitress helping ourtable was also spaced-out and barely better) - wine wasn't served properly, just plopped on the table with bottle closed andleft there; appetizers were delivered and left with no napkins, utensils or side plates; main food was ordered incorrectly(server's mistake as I heard it being requested properly but the waitress didn't listen); food quality was worthy of the grocerystore freezer section if I'm being generous (especially the flatbreads and fries - both were terrible), BOTH bills at our tablewere incorrect; and finally a bag requested to take home leftover wine in the bottle wasn't brought so I had to go up to the barand ask for one... Everything was awful here - it's a shabby old sports bar with low-quality food and terrible untrainedservers (at least the ones we had tonight, August 2, 2022). This was my first and last time here. In town for work and looking for a good fish and chips. What I got for take out, wasn't that, and no, I didn't have to drive... very far before I got to open the bag and eat. Less than 8 minutes away. Breading wasn't done inside and slimy and maybe becauseit was too thick. Fries maybe in the frier for two minutes. They were wet and not done. Disappointing. Read more
A great little restaurant on the side of 97th Street pub so minors can dine with their family. Service was great, casual... environment, same menu as 97th Street pub. Lots of options and specials. Read more
This place has the same product as every other pub/bar in Kelowna. Apparently if you are a regular you get prompt friendly... service with a smile. I have relocated to Kelowna and I am looking for a nice pub near home to frequent. Well I will keeplooking I guess. Read more
