The absolute worst Taco Bell experience of my life. Waited almost twenty minutes in the drive through just for them to not put a... single thing I ordered in the bag. If I had the time to go in I would of but they're already wasted plenty of my time. Thislocation is absolute trash. Read more

Employees consistently shut down an hour early, smoke pot in the parking lot, never stock chicken, and even had an employee hide... behind the counter when I pulled through the drive through once so he didn?t have to take my order. Literally the worst managedfranchise ever! Read more

The Taco Bell side of business was not taking orders, so we decided to get a 2 piece drum/thigh meal from KFC. We were very... disappointed to find out our ONLY choice was extra crispy, until we got up to the takeout window & discovered the reason wasthat there were only 2 workers!!! One took the order, while one prepared it. Terrible that these 2 ladies were put into thisnearly impossible work situation. My grandma asked us for fried chicken from kfc, so we looked up a location near her house and headed over. When we got there,... nothing seemed out of the ordinary, as there were four or five cars in the parking lot, and there were lights on inside. When wepulled up to order, however, no one answered. After several minutes we ask if anyone is there, and after several more minutes ofno response, we figured we should just pull up and order at the window, since the vehicle in front of us was there. There weretwo cars behind us. No one answered at the first window, tho, and with a better view of the vehicle in front of us, we realizethat person is knocking on the window, and is also trying to get someone?s attention. It?s not like we were there at acompletely deserted restaurant at 2am, it was 12:20 in the afternoon, and there were several cars there. But even if for somereason they needed to be closed, a sign would have been helpful. We ordered on a mobile app for the nearest location, andheaded that way. When we arrived, we realized it was not the same one that had pulled up in the app initially. We had alreadypaid and did not see any options to cancel or change an order. Concerned we wouldn?t get our money back, we headed to anotherlocation, again, this time about 15 minutes away. Afraid we would be in a similar situation, we called ahead to make suresomeone was actually there but could not get a hold of anyone after two phone calls. I chatted with the virtual assistant in theapp, in hopes they could give us some reassurance, but it was an endless loop of nonsense, so I finally gave up. We were nearlythere anyways. When we arrived we saw a sign on the doors that said they were open for mobile order pick up only, so I get outand head there only to find them locked. Thankfully someone answered at the drive thru this time. Our food still wasn?t ready,but the guy there was nice, and the food was hot. I had tried the wings the day the made their debut from the Rufe Snow location and I thought they were delicious then and I... wasn't disappointed on my second visit. The chalupa was very good as well. It's not spicy but they come with a spicy ranchdipping sauce and that's about all I can tolerate. It's not Wing Stop but I think works for my budget. Read more

I was at KFC, not Taco Bell. I walked into the lobby and the employee looks at me, says nothing, continues to work then tells me... that the lobby is closed. I then as her why don't they have a sign posted or just lock the doors? I then go to the drivethrough. After taking my order they ask me to drive back to the entrance of the restaurant because it will take a while to getthe fries cooked. I waited with three other cars behind me. They eventually brought me the food; both employees, for safetypurposes I assume. The fries were cold, so were the plant based chicken pieces that I ordered. The sign is literally about tofall down from the wind. The store is unkempt and unacceptable. For $34 the food was unacceptable as well. I will never returnto this store or KFC. Read more

Never going there again ...the window girl needs a Class of Customer Service they all do. ASAP . Very rude & it took more than... 25min to get 2 chicken quesadillas and a Pepsi WOW!! and then .. they charge you and Do not give you receipt. I said I need areceipt and she said its not working. What. So I told her to take a picture. What kind of place is this fix the receiptmachine. Get Good Customer Service you got to .because that girl thats working there she does not care. Ok so this is my 4th visit to this location and 3 our of 4 experiences have been terrible so I feel I need to leave this at this... point. First off the one good experience came from the day team so great job guys now the other 3 experiences have been between8:00pm-9:30pm. Extremely long waits!!!! I was stuck in the line for over 30 minutes the other day with only 4 cars in front ofme!!! Oh and there?s no way to escape the line so thanks a lot for making me late and now tonight I wait 20 minutes with 1 carin front of me and when I reach in the bag to pull my burrito out I feel something fall in my lap (see pics attached to see howthey wrapped the burrito or I guess how they didn?t wrap the burrito). I managed a Taco Bell about 10 years ago and everythingI?ve experience at this location is absolutely unacceptable. Wait times, food quality, poor attitudes at the window, and justoverall terrible service. Again props to day team because the only good experience so far is from them but I didn?t order TacoBell that day either I ordered KFC so who knows how that would?ve been if I ordered Taco Bell. Anyways terrible experience 3/4times I think I?ll drive the extra half mile to the N Tarrant location from this point forward Read more
