Employee was rushing through my order. The store was empty, I was the only one, I asked him for an extra sub and he started... throwing bread around. I had to stop him and tell him I didn't want it anymore. He then "tried" to apologize and said 3 peoplehad called out on him. That he had worked over 70 hrs that week so far. Told him that's not my problem. Then he stated he had"charged" me less, as if I wanted I discount. All I wanted is my food complete and not thrown around. Read more

The lady took her sweet time to make the sub sandwich?s for the customer ahead of us almost 15 minutes to make his sandwich plus... having him purchase the sub. I stopped by this location to grab lunch for my girlfriend, her coworker, and myself today around 1:30-2:00. Thankfully I had... to go relieve myself as soon as I got there and to my surprise the bathroom was a complete disgrace, everything in there wascovered in some sort of excretion or another. This wasn?t like a terrible person came in and just happened to destroy thebathroom right before I got there, this was obviously a long term build up over who knows how long. There was so much driedurine in the corner by the toilet the whole floor on that side was solid yellow. There were absolutely no toilet paper in eitherside of the dispenser. On top of that There were no paper towels to dry my washed clean hands after using such a disgustingfacility. The sink was covered in hair and all kinds of grim as well. I promptly notified an employee and immediately left thebuilding without ordering a single thing. If the part of your facility that the public gets to see is absolutely Horrendous, youcan bet good money the rest of the areas that the customers don?t get to see are probably way dirtier and disgusting then theobviously long term uncleaned bathroom.
