Why 5 stars you ask? So let me explain. When we arrived to do our weekly shopping, be it Walmart or wherever for groceries, we... decided to grab a bite at Subway and shop at Walmart for convenience. Now this is not the first time here, it was my second. The first was for a simple large drink because I was thirsty and was about to shop for an hour! The employee was courteous,offered discounts for my next visit and generally in a good mood - which seems scarce these days! Fast forward to today. Sameemployee - Josh. Same friendly greeting, but today he said he had to let me know they were out of many items and began to goover what he couldn't offer. I asked what happened and he handled very well. I asked what can I have? He had plenty ofoptions that I could live with and we ordered. Then came the drink choice...unsweetened tea...nope, out of that too! Poor guy. He said he could make up a batch pretty quick! I didn't care, I could do water since I don't do sweetened soda. Then thealarm went off while he was trying to make our sandwiches. He handled like a champ, didn't freak out and took care of itwithout missing a beat. All in all, this was the second time with Josh at the helm of a Subway shop all by himself and didn'tmiss a beat. That is something I haven't seen at many fast food places where a personality is not paid for. Josh should begiven an award for the way he responded to lack of inventory for very popular sandwiches, no tomato, out of sauces and such andCOULDN'T TAKE CASH! Talk about a trooper! Way to go Josh! Haven't been to Subway much, but you certainly put it back on theradar! I believe in rewarding stars based on effort among other things. I wish I would give 0 star. This is worst place I have visited.. they don?t know customer service.. I ordered footlong and asked... to cut in half. after cutting they charged two 6inch price which was costing me more.. that?s so disgusting when I checked andasked the guy working today at 5:30 pm, he said I can?t do anything and I should wait until there manager call him back, that isso stupid. How can a store run without knowing any process. They didn?t even call back and responded on it. I am regularcustomer to subway but this is second time same store made same mistake. My bread was stale and she cut it all the wat through so not only did the bread crumble the toppings fell out. The lady before... me ordered a salad and the bowl was discussing. The whole stack of white bowls where dirty black. The chick that helped me wasntvery pleasant. Read more
The lady Aaryn working the cash register had horrible customer service. I work customer service so I understand having a bad... day but it?s a bad representation of the business. I love subways and usually have a great visit but I probably won?t be comingback to this one again. Read more
I would rate it 4 stars if it was not for one worker who for the last two times have my girlfriend and I very uncomfortable. We... will come in to order sandwiches and he will comment on how she looks comment how much he likes weird people like her that cantake tattoo/piercing pain. It is not that she is my girlfriend and he was making uncomfortable comments it is the fact that heis working forcing an awkward situation. There are many great workers there but the worker who worked alone today at 6pm wasjust plain creepy. Other than that every worker there is wonderful (especially Daisy) Read more
Wish I could give zero stars. Came to pick up sandwiches the employee had door locked when they are suppose to be open it was 10... pm and they close at 3 am.He was Rude, he was just sitting down and hanging out with his girlfriend inside on a table on theirphones talking and giggling. I knocked and he came up and unlocked the door he said they are open but he was busy so he asked tocome back in 30 minutes. Never again wasting my time going to that subway. Read more
Sandwich was made a new employee without supervision....she did a good job, by the way. An older lady came out as I was about to... pay for the sandwich, and made the new employee take my sandwich apart!!! Right in front of me. She then told me that the NEWemployee had put 1 slice of extra meat. I told her to throw the sandwich in the trash. Lousy customer service!!!! I just wish Idgotten the ladies name. IT WAS A TRAINING MOMENT, BUT YOU DO NOT DECONSTRUCT A CUSTOMERS SANDWICH RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM WHENTHEY ARE ABOUT TO PAY!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK! Read more
Went in and got a sandwich and pizzas for my kids and the guy working there name Jared is hard worker really nice and helpful.... When there one person working and busting there hump to make your food they deserve more money and recognition for all they dojust saying. Read more
