This is the first bad experience I?ve had here before, I came in about an hour before they closed, the employees looked at me... with a glare and didn?t say welcome or anything. It's always a guess on if I'll be receiving good service here. I almost always put in my order on the app, so sometimes it's... ready on time and sometimes it's not. Ordered three sandwiches online Sunday April 25th, 2021 from this location at around 8:40 PM. I received a confirmation that the... food would be ready around 9:05 PM and I could pick it up. I got there and the lady working at the counter looked confused whenI said I was there to pick up my sandwiches. She said they closed at 9 PM. I told her that I saw they didn't close until 10 orelse I wouldn't have ordered from that location. She said that they are only open until 10 on weekends. I told her I had alreadypaid. She said if I had paid online that I would get my refund. I left the store disappointed. I spent $24.77 and never got mysandwiches. That may not seem like much but it is a lot to me. I then ended up driving to the location at 6586 Denton Highwayand received superior customer service. I understand that miscommunications happen but I don't enjoy being told something thatisn't true (the part about my refund) just to get me to go away. Who knows, maybe she hadn't encountered that situation beforeand figured that was the right answer. I didn't expect her to open the register and give me money then and there because I knowthat's not how these things work when it comes to online orders but come on guys. When so many people are hurting for moneywith this pandemic and so many stores have reduced hours, how does a location not offer better customer service? I don't thinkof myself as a pushy person or a typical "I want to speak to your manager" type, and maybe that's why this has happened, but Idon't know how to get my money back, especially since a few days have passed. How do I prove I didn't get mysandwiches? Regardless, I chose this store because it is 5 minutes from the house. Just visited this restaurant for lunch, only one person appeared to be scheduled for the lunch shift. I get it, food service... problems. But I should not have had to ask the employee to wash their hands after handling tender during checkout from thecustomer in front of me. I also should not have had to witness this employee wet their hands for less than 10 seconds, andtotally disregard using the soap. Obviously, that?s disgusting. I immediately left. 0/10. The workers here were a bit slow when I tried to get my sandwich, and 1 of the employees misunderstood a lot of what I was... trying to say. Seating is kind of uncomfortable before the pandemic, and now there is basically no seating. Also, the fans andmusic are incredibly loud. Excellent service. Much more expensive than in Mexico City. Closed at 10 pm.
