The district manager said he was trying to improve this location last time I was there. Went in tonight and asked if they were... closed. He said they were still open and to come in. The employee behind the counter stared at me open-mouthed like she had noidea what I was doing. I offered to leave and she just kept staring and said she didn't know if he was wanting her to make thesandwich. He'd said I didn't need to leave but I have horrible anxiety and was so uncomfortable I left. I'd come from a longday of taking care of my 92 year-old grandmother in the hospital and that was the last thing I needed. Read more
This location is close to my daughter's high school and that makes it easy to pick up something "healthy" for her to eat at... lunch. Way better than McDonald's or Whataburger. The young staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The inside was clean, thewonderful smell of baked bread was in the air. The cookies were cooling off and waiting to be put on display. Worst Subway in the area. Every time we go to this location we get terrible customer service. Today we were told we could only... have plain bread for our kids sandwiches even though we?ve always ordered Italian Herbs & Cheese. I have ordered sandwiches and drinks 3 times from the app and 3 time we have not received the drinks. Today I was told it was... the delivery companies fault that they are not grabbing the drinks. But no where in the app does it say who they use fordelivery, the store associate said it could be any of them! REALLY! So there is no one to contact about this delivery and bereimbursed for the missing drink!? Read more
Went in and did not expect much, quite honestly... I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Camden is a ROCK... STAR!!! I asked for recommendations, and she gave solid suggestions. She got the orders right, and even made an add on sale,which never happens. If you are lucky, she'll be there to take care of your order. Subway has always been my healthy, fast, go-to meal place. Every time I go there I get an amazing experience and the employees... always Welcome me and tell me to have a great day. The restaurant is clean and smells delicious when I go inside. The employeesat the counter are always smiling, friendly, quick, and accurate. Like to see my sandwiches made while I watch. Good choice ofcondiments. Very fast service and some seating if you wish, but many do take out. Overall subway has healthy selections even forweight management & keto goals. Read more
