We made an order, the young lady gave us an attitude. Got a total. We waited about 10 minutes, Shakes never came. Pressed the... red button and they acted like there was never an order. We re-ordered the same thing and somehow the total changed. When theshakes finally came thru they weren't even full. Bad experience. Read more

This McDonald's sucks. The dining room is frequently off and on closed. You almost can't get anything at times in the... drive-through. The food is... well it's McDonald's, nothing spectacular. Go accross the street to Chick-fila or to anotherlocation if McD's is what you gotta have. The south Keller or NRH location is better. Read more

We had to yell for the person to hear us so she had to come out and talk to us in person, must be a a broken microphone. Slushee... machine was broken, out of the good sonic ice, and wait was very long. Read more

Good Afternoon Melanie. I am one of The managers at Sonic Drive in on Keller Parkway. I would like to start out with saying I am... truly sorry you had an bad experience with us. We only wish the best for our customers and community. I would like to add; likemy General Manager said, we are a privately owned and operated franchise store. We are not a corporate store. Which means yes westill follow corporate rules but we don?t do everything the same way. We do however have to tell our customers to call the 800number if they would like to refund their online order because it?s one of corporates new policies. As far as someone higherthan my Gm there isn?t any for our store. I can assure you that my General Manager is one of the nicest people you will Evermeet and if you got cut off on the phone it was because of bad cell service or our landline disconnected. I hope you have ablessed rest of your day and hopefully you can give us a second chance!! Response to Melanie Roberts : ?The absolute worstSonic and worst service I have ever experienced at a Sonic. The store manager Daphne laughed and hung up on me. Have leftmessages for the manager over her, but no response from him! This tells me alot about this franchise. I called the 888 numberand told them about this. I still have yet to hear anything from David, the district manager. Placed my order, definitely was a little busy. The order was brought out to me. First got my drink order wrong, no big deal I?ll... just drink it. Got the drinks but there was like no syrup just carbonated water, no biggie just ask for different kind ofsoda?.got a little attitude but like hey whatever. Got the new drinks which was better! But what got me was the 4 hourslater?.food poisoning. I definitely know it is since I am a restaurant manager. I get Things sometimes are out of your controlbut this could?ve definitely been avoided. I love this Sonic! The people are super friendly, food is always great, and they are pretty fast, even with how busy this... location is! And there's a reason this location is so busy! Even with some of the ridiculous people they have to put up with,they still always seem to have smiles on their faces! Also, I noticed how so many of the negative reviews are placed on thewrong location, with the description of employees and names of employees, the reviewers need to stop complaining and pay moreattention to their own actions, and that they are negatively reviewing the wrong locations!
