Went there at 9pm to order some chicken they didn?t even answer the drive thru speaker so we drove to the window they were... cleaning the floors and the young woman who came to the window gave us a disgusting look then said they only had dark meat leftand only fries available for the side. We asked for the associate name and she wouldn?t give us her name and gave us attitude.We left and will never eat at that location again. They had a sign as well that said they only take credit cards. Just the worstexperience I ever had. Read more
Not sure why this location is still open. I stopped going to this location for months and today they reminded me why. I had to... request yet another refund for my purchase on the app, because when I arrived, I was informed that the fryers were down and theywould not be able to provide any chicken. This is the 3rd time in the last 4 months that I've had to find somewhere else to eatafter arriving at this location. I will NOT be patronizing this location ever again. Read more
IS EVERYTHING OKAY AT THIS LOCATION!?!? Upon my arrival, there was a sign posted on the drive thru speaker to place an order at... the window. So while waiting in line, I opted to place my order via the app so that it would be ready for pickup once I reachedthe window. I noticed after five minutes that the car in front of me pulled off without receiving their food. So I proceeded tothe window to pick up my order. However low and behold the store was EMPTY!!! That's right, no cashiers, no cooks, nomanagers!!! Absolutely no one! I should have known something was amiss because I did not smell any chicken frying. I digress. Soafter twenty minutes someone appeared in the store, saw me at the drive thru window and walked back out the door (presumablyto an office or restroom). Finally, after realizing that I would not be receiving any chicken from this location, I decided tocancel my order in the app. So back to my original question....IS EVERYTHING OKAY AT THIS LOCATION!?!? Terrible, tenders taste like they sat under lamps for hours and were not spicy as ordered. Fed them to the dogs as they were... that bad, and tasted terrible like middle school cafeteria. Fries were ice cold? Do you have a heat lamp anymore on those? Anddespite assuring my wife that they gave her the red beans and rice ordered - stuck using drive through because lobby locked -they were missing and, also cold, mashed potatoes in their place. And when I use cold in this review I mean indistinguishablefrom room temperature. Not even mildly Luke warm. Also frankly brings food safety concerns to top of mind. Another reasons wejust skipped eating altogether. Off to make something else to eat. What a waste of money, I would file against the website fora refund but the receipt printer is so eligible that the transaction number is obfuscated. I have loved Popeyes forever; butthis store has lost all attention to any level of standards and quality. Read more

I am horribly unsatisfied. I ordered tender combos and did not receive Mac and cheese. I got potatoes. And then on my other... tender combo I didn?t get my red beans and rice. Thankfully I got my large order of red beans and rice. They did not give me mydipping sauces they asked me which I wanted. Then they didn?t accept cash. She threw my card at me and didn?t hand me my drinks.So I waited for her to open the window and after scoffing she handed them to me. You cannot go here without having a problem. Read more
