Today at Pizza Hut it was a little slow as they had great QA going on, 3 extra pizzas had to be made as the ones they were... making were wrong. Nowadays when places make something, they just deliver it and move on but not here, they saw problems andfixed them. So the extra long wait was CREATED AMAZINGLY GREAT PIZZA. After ordering online with an estimated delivery time of 45-55 min, my pizza had not arrived after 90 min. I called to see if I... could pick up instead. The girl in the phone said if we made your pizza already then you can. I asked if she could verify if thepizza was ready. She stated that if it is, the delivery driver will pick it up soon and i should have seen on the we site thattheir delivery time was an hour. I told her i understood that when i ordered, but i had been waiting over 90 min and could swingby and pick it up if it was ready. She once again repeated if it was ready the driver would pick it up soon. I explained iunderstood and was requesting to pick it up and Could she verify it was ready. I was then placed on hold. She came back and saidthe driver already picked it up. I said, great, thanks for your help. It was silent on the other end, i said are you stillthere, the girl said, yup, i tried to say thank you again and she hung the phone up. Heres hoping my pizza shows up! Read more

Five stars for the people working there, they've always been friendly, but minus a star since the service is suffering due to... being understaffed. They are very much in need of help, have been looking for more hires for many months. I know the economy hashad some unusual ups and downs the last couple of years, and I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes at this store, butI hope the few who are working there are getting paid well for it. Every time I order form this location something is always wrong with our food. Two had two pizzas both cold and over cooked. My... child wouldn?t even eat it. So after I got off I took it up there and the lady was rude like oh pizza was missing yeah like I amgoin to put slices back after They ate off of it! NO !! And then said the ovens was off at 10:30pm when they close at 11pm sowhat if someone called and wanted food are they going to tell them NO! I would never order form here again ! The absolute worst experience ever using dominos. I ordered a extra cheesy Brooklyn style pizza 1 garlic sauce 1 marinara 2... ranch I selected to see my driver and not just have my pizza left at my door. 40 mins go by since ordering and I wonderedwhere is my pizza, I live right by this location and it?s now been 24 mins since it left the store & 40 mins total time. Ichecked the site and it says delivered. I open my front door and there in the cold is sitting my pizza on the door step. No oneknocked, no one texted, nothing. Reasons why I will never ?pre tip again? $8.00 to drive 1 mile and this is what I get. I openthe box and there inside is a cold (no extra cheese) thin crust not Brooklyn style pizza with 0 sauces that I paid for. So Icalled dominos, I actually called the wrong store but they were so polite and offered to not only remake my order but deal withthe hassle of me getting a refund. There was no way anyone in my house was eating that pizza that was delivered. My dog ate 2slices because we refused too. Cold & not at all what I ordered. This location will NEVER receive my business again do not evenwaste your time or money, go to Keller parkway instead. Tremendous experience, no fault to them I had inputed wrong information for delivery. The Manager and driver went above and... beyond to find our house and deliver our food still within 35 minutes of my order. So very happy Read more
