Used to be good. Think they must have a new manager as quality has really dropped. Pizza is not that difficult, yet when we... order online somehow they can?t get ingredients right. When I called to let them know that the last 2 order were erroneous, Igot the ?meh?well that happens?. After ordering them every Sunday night, I?m now choosing someplace new. Vegan options were always great and the main reason I purchased pizzas for the whole family from here (both vegan and regular... pizza options); but I was recently informed that those options are discontinued. No heads-up or anything...Poor corporatedecision. Read more
I have no clue what happened but.... I've eaten at this chain once before and it was good then but this go round..... Well the... gluten free margarita pizza was absolutely horrid. It was burnt around the edges and the rest of the pizza was so over cookedthat it dehydrated itself. Disappointed because we was hoping to have pizzas for my kids bday party coming up. Thank God Iinsisted we eat there first. Really sad considering my first experience was great. Won't be back anytime soon. On a positivenote....staff were nice and friendly and the place was clean. Fresh and delicious -- really liked how you can customize your pizza in a subway-like fashion. Was in and out in under 10 mins... with a hot and flavorful pizza. You can also pick from their specialty pizzas if you don't have the time and energy tocustomize! Pro tip -- even if you don't have any allergies their gluten free crust pizza ???? will go easy on your tummy! Read more
I?m guessing the name, Pie Five Pizza, is the rating they deserve, 5 out of 10 stars. Forget this Pizza Chain! It?s terrible... pizza. First the crust is soggy, not crispy, as it should be. Too much sauce and cheese result in a wet pizza! The oven is aconveyor belt! Where are the wood fired ovens? Few and far between in America. The three things that are crucial in a properpizza are, a properly made crust, a delicious sauce and the correct cheese. This chain has none of them. Sure miss authenticItalian pizza. Read more
Love the pizza but I couldn?t stay to eat inside. 1. Music was WAY TOO LOUD 2. The heater was on so high that I was sweating... standing still. 3. Women?s restroom was DISGUSTING wasn?t even clean enough to sit down. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
