Reviews for Ms. Saigon Pho and Grill in Keller, TX

I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food and so when I saw the ratings for Ms Saigon I really wanted to try it out. I came for a late... lunch and was able to get a seat right away. All the tables were clean and ready for a guest. The staff was welcoming and itwas a great start to lunch. I like to order the vermicelli bowls with grilled pork and an egg roll. Their vermicelli bowl iswell done. There were lots of great vegetables with lettuce, carrots, daikon, and cucumber. The noodles were perfectly cookedand they included the chopped peanuts which seem to get skipped more and more. The pork was really lean and well-marinatedbefore going on the grill. You can add an egg roll to the pork bowl for one dollar more, so I definitely wanted to try one ofthose. I would have preferred to have my egg roll cut into four smaller bites, but that is just a picky detail for me. I betthey would do it if I asked in the future. What made this bowl stand out was the Nuoc Cham. It is amazing how much their NuocCham influenced the dish. Their preparation of this essential item is special. I think it is a little sweeter, but there isother goodness in that little bowl that makes us want to eat it with a spoon. The service was quick and I really enjoyed Ms.Saigon Pho & Grill. This is the best Vietnamese I have had in the Keller area and I want to come back and try some of theirother dishes such as the stir fries and of course the Pho. Thank you for an amazing experience. Food is great in my opinion however the staff and ambiance need some improvement! They are always saving tables for larger... groups during lunch but I come here once a week and there is plenty of seating if I don't want to sit at the tiny table by thewindow on a cold day it should be no big deal. And they are alway playing the same annoying cartoon on the TV! When kids arehere I get it but I don't think the TV should be to entertain your employees. Just turn it off! Read more

The food is amazing. Went in for a Saturday night and it was one of our best food decisions. Definitely will be coming back... soon! Josh was our waiter and did a great job. Have been meaning to stop in for quite a while. Call rainy day, The large bowl of of pho was outstanding to just the right... amount of spice. My waiter was very helpful and friendly. A great spot for Vietnamese in the Bear Creek area. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with plenty of seating for small... parties, and a few tables for the larger ones. The staff was super attentive, making sure everything was going great and takingcare of every request. I went with a large bowl of pho, and it's no joke...stick with the small bowl if you fill upfast. Flavor-wise, the pho broth felt "tame" compared to other restaurants, with less spices popping out at you, but it wasnothing that couldn't be fixed with the generous helpings of jalapeno, mint, and lime (Sriracha and hosin sauce helps, too). The eye round and flank steak were perfect. I finished it off with a Vietnamese iced coffee for the road, and it absolutely hitthe spot. If you're in the area and want some great Vietnamese (even if you already enjoy one of the other many restaurantsaround here), you owe it to yourself to give them a try. Read more
