I normally love this place but ever since the company was bought out by a newer one it?s been super dirty :( The seats are... falling apart, the tray tables are pealing and weren?t wiped down before we got in. Our service was amazing but unfortunatelythe facility isn?t any better than a cheaper theatre. Read more
This used to be my go to place to go with my family and friends. I don't know if it's cause cinepolis took over but my... experience was terrible today. Ordered my food early and I kept noticing everyone in the entire theater getting there foodexcept me. Pushed the call button and no one came and my food literally came with only 15 mins left of the movie. Also mydaughter's food was sent back twice. You would think service would be better as much as they charge people. Read more
It was our first time experiencing such establishment. Recliners were comfy, employees were nice, clean place. Good selection of... food; a little pricey but understandable. Nice seating area. You can order food while watching the movie and they will bringfood to you. We will go again. Read more
I really want to like this place, I'll be honest, the food is actually pretty good. The chairs are comfortable. But this last... time we were there we had a very unfortunate experience. The service was just terrible. We did not get even one refill of ourdrinks, except, halfway through the movie, my husband was finally handed a full glass. It appeared that his water had finallybeen refilled. He took a big gulp and realized too late that he had been handed a very strongly mixed vodka and soda. My husbandhas been sober for almost 13 years. Vodka was his weakness, and in a dark theatre, without any warning, during an intense partof the new Thor Movie, he was handed vodka. Not only is he a recovering alcoholic, it is also against our religious beliefs todrink alcohol. Needless to say, it was a very frustrating and unfortunate experience. It definitely shook my poor husband. Wedid alert the manager to the situation. She apologized profusely and comp'd our meal. But my husband and I left the theaterfeeling violated. He is fine, he is strong. He will pass it off as an unfortunate mistake. But it has taken an emotional toll.Be aware, check your drinks closely. And arrive early if you want better service. We had only arrived about 15 minutes earlywhich was probably part of the problem. They suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your show. Not sure if we will be goingagain. Which is a bummer because with five young kids at home, being able to eat our food while watching a movie definitelysaves a lot of time. But not sure it's worth the risk. Read more

Used to love going to movies here. Unfortunately, it has gone down hill. I don't know if it is the new ownership or what. The... seats are in such disrepair. The trays are peeling their wood finish. Just last night, we arrived early to order food andrelax. We noticed the theatre was playing the pre movie ads sound but no picture. I asked the attendant why there wasn't apicture and I was told that they either get picture or sound but not both. Read more
