The lady working was upset when I told her I ordered a large. She said you can?t get a large with a meal. I said I didn?t know... they changed that rule. I?ve always been able to order a large meal. Then she filled my sprite with water. I asked for sweet andsour sauce and she said you can only get one per customer or it?s an extra $1! She as an older and Hispanic. Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Was advised they don't have large fries. Then when I called back phone just... rang. Called 4 times with no answer. On the 4th call they just took the phone off the hook. I would recommend going to somewheremore professional. Read more
October 13, 22 - No Coke available today and one kids happy meal was missing when service. Apple slices missing with one happy... meal, Toys missing with the other. I witnessed other customers showing their disappointment with the staff. Nothing to do, thereis a staffing shortage but what about the order you serve? Read more
Went through the drive through ordered 3 Egg McMuffins when I got to the window the girl hands me a coke. Where?s my Egg Mac... Muffins you didn?t order them yes I did hers my receipt. So great location, said open drive thru till 11 PM waited in line at 9:25 PM got to the order station they shut off the lights... and that was that. Staffing issue? Not sure but don?t shut the lights off when people are sitting in the drive thru beforeclosing time. Probably not somewhere to go in the future Read more

Incompetent Workers, Bad Management. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT with a FULL kitchen staff, 80% of the time my order is incorrect. If the... order is correct the food quality is terrible; cold stale fries, old burger, stale nuggets. Staff always looks confused.. I keeptrying to give this location a chance, but today was the last straw.. After waiting 15min in the drive thru and another 5min inthe wait lane. I saw 6 other cards get their order. I was the only one waiting for a burger and fries only.. I literally watchedthem give my food to someone else who stuck their hand in the bag and realized it was incorrect.. The person gave the food backand they proceeded to take the food back and then come give me the same food! DISGUSTING!! I was so disturbed I went inside toget my money back, had to wait an additional five minutes just for them to say they had to get a manager and couldn?t find one.Just stood there waiting. Went through the drive-thru to order two french fries. I was asked to park in one of the designated drive-thru parking spots. I... waited for 15 minutes. During this time, I watched car after car getting their order and leaving the drive-thru. I went insideto see what was going on. The manager was at the cash register, ignored me, and then walked away. Another person came up andasked if I needed help. She went over to the fries and quickly bagged my order.
