Employees don't acknowledge you in the lobby. I'm standing there asking for someone and they all ignore you like it's not thier... problem. Management needs to better train Employees with customer service like they have at chic fila. Read more
Only good when the food is served hot and fresh. Today's visit was a disappointment. Also just because you ask for napkins and... ketchup when placing your order does not mean your gonna get it. No one helped me at the counter so I placed my order on the app witch took about 8 mins, by the time I finished no one stilled... helped me until I got someone's attention. Ask them to make sure the fries were fresh and the were, one was hot and fresh theother were mixed with old and fresh. When order was ready had to go and get it myself didn't even bring it to me.
