I ordered two 3 piece big boxes. When I return back to work, the chicken they had gave me was old,so I called the number and... spoke to the manager and she say her name is Marisol And to return back to get my meal replace. I told her I was at work and Iwill come the next day. The next day, when I return up there, she said she didn?t talk to me and that her name wasn't Marisol.One of her employees told me that is her name and that she did work the night before. I was trying to get corporate number andI waited 30 minutes and still didn?t get corporate number.. The number she gave me was incorrect. I got laughed at and talkedabout in Spanish from Marisol and her workers.Other customers came in and got bad customer service and left as well. I had went during a slow time it was at 4 PM I placed an order through the drive tru my total was almost $50.. I went to pick up my Doordash order at 9:35 p.m. tonight, 8/7, and when I pulled in the drive thru was completely shut down. So... I parked in front of their front doors, both were locked. Called multiple times, no one answered yet there is one femaleemployee and two male employees there. I can see the order on the counter on the far left of the counter (pictures included inthis review). All three of them saw my car with my headlights on. I went up to the front glass and knocked & knocked. They allglanced at me at some point, but pretended to not see me and quickly walked away out of sight. When they thought I was gone, thegirl came out, grabbed her some food and was eating behind the counter (pictures also included). Right before I left the girlwalked by and clearly saw my car out there and looked right at me, also in the pictures. When there is an order that theyclearly prepped, they obviously know someone is coming, but as a customer there was no way to pick it up. Per Google, they closeat 10pm. Again, I was there at 9:35. I went and ordered a 8 piece extra crispy all dark chicken with an 8 piece chicken tenders. My side order was cole slaw, family... fries, mashed potatoes and biscuits. Pay cashed for my order. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I went home let my kidsswim for a couple of hours. When I started to feed the kids all I received was my chicken. I tried to call them for 30 minutesand then decided to go to the store and talked to the manager. The manager said she could only give me money back for my sides(which was fine). When she asked me for my card I told her I paid cash she looked at me like I was a weird person. She then said how did she know that I really ordered the food since I did not have a receipt. She told me if I could show proof that shewould work with me. I went home got my order took it to her, she took my left overs. She said she would replace my order. Whenshe gave me my order she only gave me 5 chickens ,no tenders spilt my gravy all over my potato container I will be contactingCorporate on this matter.. Read more
