The food and customer service was beyond par! I witnessed a customer being extremely rude to the gentleman bringing out food... and tending to the customers. Not only did he address the customer?s need but he remained polite and most definitelyprofessional! I provided a compliment to the manager Diego and you could see the pride for the JD brand and his team! Diegoand his team are definitely doing something special here. The food is always fresh and consistently well made. The staff is seriously amazing. I have become a regular because of the... salad bar and other healthy options, but my kids love it because of the soft serve ice cream that is free when you dine in! Read more
I have given this location 2 visits to test how it compares to others. I do agree with one of the other customers when they... stated "Grapevine location gets it right". The customer service at this Keller location has much room for growth, thesandwiches today more than the first visit were not up to what I have come to expect from Jason's Deli. The bread was hard anddry as if it had passed the expiration date and the freshness is just not there as far as the contents of the sandwiches. Thereare too many choices for the purchase of a sandwich to give this place a thought of a 3rd try. I really do believe corporateshould know of the downfall. Read more
