We arrived at 6:40pm myself and my husband were seated very quickly. The restaurant was not busy had approx 4 or 5 tables with... guest. It took 25 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order. The tables were very sticky along with the menus- almostlike syrup was spilled on it. My husband had to pry the pages apart. He mentioned this to our server who gave him a strangelook. I understand being short staffed but there should have been no reason for the lack of customer service. No silverware onthe table or napkins. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive. I ordered beef tips with gravy minus the mushrooms with mashedpotatoes and salad. The beef tips tasted strange and the potatoes were pressed down and very dry. I had to request additionalgravy to give the meal some flavor. Hubby ordered chicken fried steak that ended up being overcooked like it had been sittingunder a heat lamp too long, he says he has had better in the past. This was our first time at this location and our last time togo there. We finally left the restaurant at 8:25pm. Placed a to go order that was not ready when I got there. Took 5 min to get home. The waffle was old and ice cold, toast was... old and hard same for the eggs. This is not the first time and the food is not eat able. This must be the worst location of allthe ihops. Do Not go there! Read more

I have never had a bad experience at a IHOP until now. The location @ 700 N Tarrant Pkwy suite 108, Keller, TX 76248 had slow... service (45 mins to get our order). Then when we recieved out meals, the blueberry pancakes were not eatable. The blueberrieswere dumped in the cenert of the pancake and no pankcake dough around them. It was just a blueberry hole about 1/2 of thepancake. Had to send them back. The replacement pancakes came out and there were no blueberries in the pancake but just rawblueberries rolling off the top of the pancakes. Had a talk withbthe manager and she said she would make it right. The 3rd setof pancakes were done well. No holes and they were full pancakes with blueberries throughout. Next we order some to gobreakfeasts for our daughter and grandchildren. We were waiting for the waitress to bring it out and take our payment. We waitedfor 40 minutes and I finially had to get someone else to find out what was going on. The waitress finially came out and said shedid not know what was going on and went to find out. A few minutes later she came back and said it was made and was at thewaiting at the "TO GO" bin. It was cold by now and I asked for the manager again. She refused to come and talk to us. She alsowould not comp us for taking so lone and all the issues we had. She was not professional at all. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS IHOP ATALL. RUN AWAY. Horrible service, our waitress looked like she didn?t want to be there, food took 25 minutes to come out and the restaurant... wasn?t even remotely busy. While waiting the waitress kept going into the restroom and looking for something while putting herhands on the door and not washing her hands before handling food. Waitress came back and slammed the plates on the table. To topeverything off, the French toast came with blueberries and they were all completely rotten, even some had MOLD on them, therewas even some type of hair on our plate.We brought it up to the managers attention and she said ?oh ok, sorry? like if ithappens more than often. Driving by... See REESE'S PANCAKES! FULL ????! I had to resist commiting multiple car???????????? traffic ???? violations to get... into the parking lot. I could not resist the gravitational ???? pull of these pancakes! We were quickly ???? seated by ourserver Lubna. She was delightfully ???? cheerful and attended to our every need. Our coffee ? was constantly topped off, ourorders were perfect and she made sure to ? check and make sure we had everything we needed. The ???? chicken fried ???? steakwas perfect. My eggs were ????? light and fluffy. Hash browns were crispy and delicious. The Reese's pancakes ???? were the ?star ? of the show! Perfect mix of peanut ???? butter ???? and ???? Brand new location, food was delicious and the service was fast. The food portions a pretty big. The place looks modern with a... nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful. I had come here a week ago and I didn?t stay because there was a longwaiting time due to not having enough employees but it seems like that was taken care of. Read more
Standard IHOP really but a more modern look than years ago as it's a newer location. Same food and menu you would see at any... IHOP and all up to par. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at all times. Prices fair, portions good, and waiter/waitress service isquick and friendly. The only major difference from this location compared to others is noise levels. More of a cafeteria vibewith chatter, plates and cutlery clanging, and so on. On par with a Chili's during dinner rush. Nothing over the top, but notquite as quiet as other IHOPs. We had a good experience and would return. The variety of breakfast options is, as always,amazing. Read more
