I really love the new drink selections they have, the sandwiches were good as always
Though fairly small compared to other locations in the area, they still put out a good sandwich. Upon entering, the mural is... what catches your eye, as everything else is the standard red and white paint. The store is usually pretty clean, and the staffvaries from quietly working to engaging with customers. There was an issue with the Coke Freestyle machine on my recent visit,and while it took several minutes to resolve, their team got it done, and were very professional about satisfying the customerthroughout the incident. So any small gripes aside, they're still my go-to spot for fast sandwiches in the Keller area. Read more
The staff at this business is rude- unable to correctly place an order and charge accordingly. The general manager is even... worse.. good 'customer service' is not a value this location has. i will not be back to this location. The general manager isunable to run a business. Read more
First time going to FHS and it was awesome. Although a little more pricey than subway you get way better quality food, bigger... drinks, more selection on types on sandwiches and sides and better yet...better service from the staff. However, Little morewait time than I expected, but we also got there after rush hour, so I get it. I got the brisket sandwich with no mayo and omg!It was sooooo good. I loved it. Visited for the first time today, 4/12. I downloaded the app & had a free large drink offer. Asked cashier if I could use & they... did not seem friendly toward their own app. She said ?we don?t carry Large drinks anymore.? I said ?well, can you ring it up asa large so I can use the app coupon and give me whatever size you have?? She ended up saying yes, but was just odd they seemedreluctant to figure out a way for me to use the reward in their own app. Ordered a cookie - the chocolate chip cookie was sohard it was actually difficult for me to break in half with my hand. Not sure if they are supposed to be this way , but I likesoft cookies and this seemed hard and stale - ended up throwing it out and wasted 99 cents. I am not a fan of the FreestyleCoca-Cola machines and would be nice if they just had a regular Coke fountain - the drinks from the Freestyle always taste alittle off. On a positive note - the Cajun chicken sandwich was really good. I loved the flavor and spice of the sandwichbetween the Cajun chicken and Cajun creole mayo. I would order it again. Read more
This was my first time in here, I work at a restaurant by this location and wanted to try something different for lunch. Walking... in the door we was welcomed by 2 employees. Looking at the menu which looked amazing i got the beef and cheddar brisketsandwich. That was the best sandwich I've ever had. I also decided to buy some BBQ sauce and this backdraft sauce. Both tastedamazing but that backdraft sauce is phenomenal! I'm hooked, I will definitely be back and I've convinced my wife to go and shedon't like sandwich places all that well, this place will change her mind. Excellent service and excellent Food!
