A shout out to this staff??????? a local group came into the facility after their game. On top of taking care of all of them the... ice cream line was long. Out of nowhere workers came lined up along the counter. They worked well together, didn't miss a beatand got the lines low and complete in a short amount of time. Everybody in line was important to them. They are good ambassadorsfor this company and for our community.???? The future of our community is in good hands because of young people like this! It was good. Wish my salad would have had more spinach in it and less white and brown lettuce. Also wish it would have been made... fresh so that I could take off stuff instead of having to pick it out. They didn't even cut up my chicken. Read more
Terribly understaffed, especially in the grocery area. And they?re very slow and overcrowded. Also, don?t waste your time on the... grocery pickup they offer as the staff have no idea what they?re doing. I used it once to take advantage of the $5 off couponand it too about 25 minutes for them to finally come out. I?ve been doing curbside groceries from other stores and have neverhad to wait so long, and I usually have much bigger order. Not recommended at all! Read more
Typically good, every now and then a new trainee in the drive through might hold it up a bit. Otherwise they are fairly... consistent. Ice cream is great as always and the chicken is normally good as well. I do not eat beef so no opinion for theirburgers however friends have enjoyed them. Read more
Rude staff and cup wasn't even remotely full. Asked the staff about sizes and was just dismissed with attitude. Stirred my ice... cream and it had a huge gap and partially filled. Oh and it was to go with no lids. Braums you need to do better. Read more
Ice-cream, milk shakes, sundaes, they've definitely got it down! We occationally come here after school for just that. The... employees are friendly and curtious, always trying to get what you need as quickly as they can with a smile. There's an area tosit with a lot of tables to eat your treat or meal if you'd like. We once had their 6 pack of burgers and were disappointed sowe stick to all the sweet treats. Amazingly enough, they even have a grocery style section of the restaurant for last minutegrocery items. Had an issue initially with peanuts in my chocolate shake. Since then I don't have any issues really maybe one or two pieces per... shake. It should still be addressed and I could give 5 stars. Cross contamination of your items should be taken serious and themanager addressed my concerns. Thank you for doing that and I appreciate your effort. Location is getting better with adaptingto medical needs. Read more
