Worst sandwich yet. I placed an order online and walked up here, picked up my sandwich and walked home. The first bite was... disgusting - the bread was soaking wet, making the whole thing a soggy, pasty mess. When I wrote a customer complaint, themanager wrote me back some smart-a$$ reply thanking me for the suggestion. Well, I suggest you don't eat here. Or at any Subwayfor that matter; their customer service is laughable. Read more

Got a meatball sandwich around 1pm on 6/20/2022 and it tasted spoiled? so I went to exchange it and employee literally told me... that the meatballs were old. I asked for a different sandwich and they said they?ll just refund me. How disgusting to serve oldfood and so upsetting to not be able to enjoy a meal after a morning shift. Read more

Bad service. Under cooked bread(first time I've encountered this) and when I told the employee about it, her response was,... "eww." yeah it was gross. Ended up leaving the bread. If I wanted a salad, I would've ordered one. Read more

I ordered sandwiches online and picked them up and went home. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have bacon and cheese and... when we opened it it had absolutely none. I drove all the way back to take it back for the correct order and went back homeonly to find they had put zero cheese on it. Very frustrating. No apologies or anything. Read more

So today Friday June 18th, around 8:30pm and I don't know his name but he was by himself and it was super busy. He had online... orders and there was like 4 or 5 customers waiting in line and he was working really hard. He had amazing customer service. Hewas very fast and efficien, my subs were perfect. I remember coming in a couple weeks ago or so and he was getting trained andtoday he was there doing an amazing job. Thank you so much for the service man, you're doing great. Waited over 7 min while the employee made online sandwiches, not even a hello I received or ?I?ll be with you soon? then when... she finally looked up and asked what I wanted, you guys where out. I left with nothing. Wasted my time. Customer service goes along way. If your employees can?t event greet a customer, then that makes me not want to come back. Read more
