I am driving from Seattle to California. I need WiFi to attend a business meeting for an hour and figure to get dinner and WiFi... at the same time. I call ahead to a Salem subway to find out if they had WiFi. The guy answering the phone said no but wassuper helpful. He looked online to find one that had WiFi at a subway which met my scheduling needs. He told me to ask for theWiFi password when I get there. I got to this subway store which is where I was directed. I check to make sure there is WiFiand there is. All I need is a password. Next thing I do is use the bathroom. I was in terrible condition. I hated to use it butI had to go. Washed my hands when done and no way to dry my hands. I ordered my sandwich. The guy was nice and did great makingit. A gal came out from the back and he told her someone was waiting at the drive thru. As she got the headset from him, the cardrove off. The gal rang up my order, I gave her my money and asked for the WiFi password. She had no idea. The guy who made mysandwich also had no idea. They sent me to Starbucks a few doors down. As luck would have it, their lobby is closed thisafternoon. My order ID on the receipt is SPM20221027042422. That $10 dinner cost me hundreds. Read more
They had no lettuce, and only 1 kind of bread and it was flat, dry and old :( We sat at drive through window for 5 minutes- they... told us ?just a moment? when nobody came back to take our order we went inside and the employees were on their phone. Don?t goto this one Read more
Waited 15 mins this after to get food and no one ever responded or came back to take my order. Came back on my lunch break 4... hours and same thing happened again. And still haven?t been helped at the drive thru. And I left and workers just standingaround and one person cleaning will never go back there. Read more

I wish they would put the online orders on the shelves at the pick up stations because I have to wait to get my sandwich when I... arrive that is behind the counter. I would just like to run in and out with my order and on this particular day they weretraining a new employee and everything was slow and backed up and when I got home my mom's footlong sandwich wasn't cut in halfwhich is fine, I cut it for her but she is handicapped and wasn't happy about the mistake. Worst sandwhich ever.... Watery Mayonaise was runny all over chicken and tomatoes and olives, They put way too many olives ... everything was a mess the bread was soaked and soggy. Threw the mess in the garbage. NEVER GOING BACK. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Read more
Believe me when I say, I have experienced the Subway nightmare. On November 20, 2022, I?m in the last half of my 13-hour drive... home when I stop for lunch at 4612 Portland Rd in Salem, Oregon. After maneuvering through a cramped parking lot, I enter theSubway to be told they are out of the veggie patty. No thanks, I don't want anything else. Two and a half miles later, I stop at2535 Jorie Ln in Keizer, Oregon. What a traffic mess getting to this Subway! But I?m sure they?ll have the veggie patty. Nope.But this time I?m given more information: Subway is no longer carrying the veggie patty (which would've been nice to know thefirst time). Okay then, I?ll just order a cheese sub (I have to ask for more mustard). I?m on I-5 North again when I bite intomy sandwich. Yuck! I can only stomach two bites because of the excess mustard (the girl went the other extreme when I asked formore). I want to take it back, but I?m already well on my way. But look, here?s another Subway 4 miles further at 4220 BrooklakeRd in Brooks, Oregon. I?ll just exchange my sandwich here for a new one. But no, the girl has to ask her manager if that?s okay.He comes out to say, ?You?ll have to go back to the Subway you bought it from.? Are you kidding me? Who will pay for my wastedgas and time? Infuriated, I throw my sandwich in the trash on the way out the door, vowing to never eat at Subway again. I justwasted nearly an hour at three Subways and $7.29 on a sandwich I couldn't eat. On December 5, 2022, an office administratorresponds to my complaint. She excuses the poor customer service at the third Subway by stating that each store is individuallyowned and operated. But what makes her email especially delightful is how she will compensate me for my loss: "If you willprovide your mailing address, I would be happy to send you a voucher for a free sandwich GOOD AT THE ORIGINAL STORE THAT YOUPURCHASED THE SANDWICH AT" (emphasis added).
