Apperently this Starbucks isn?t able to scan the Starbucks app for rewards??? I didn?t know that until I asked the cashier to... scan my app and she said no we can?t at this location?. If I would have known that I would have never gone there. The young lady who was working there in the early afternoon on March 29, 2022 was very terrible in her customer service. I had... stood there in line looking at the menu while the other two were already helped. She then proceeded to help another woman whomworked at target and help her. It was that employee at target that acknowledged me! Asking if she had cut in front of me. Itold her she did. It was then that cashier told me the line was where the cash register was! Well IF THERE WAS A BIG OLD SIGNI WOULD HAVE SEEN IT, BUT THERE WASNT! And I didn?t think I needed to stand at the cash register if she had saw me and being Iwas the only person at the time not being helped! She then ALL OF A SUDDEN remembered her customer service while many now linedup to the register! Asked me my name, gave it to her ?Linda?. ?Lay G? ??? was written on the cup? ?Have a good day!? Love me some Starbucks! I usually order an Americano with a splash of cream. It?s perfect every time. Their food is also good. I... like the breakfast sandwiches and protein boxes. You can also do some shopping for items you may need at home. Like coffee,ground, whole, kcup, coffee cups and mugs, water bottles, and so much more. Read more
In the last several months I've had to travel to Portland and back so I have made this particular Starbucks my midway stop. ... This Store is definitely in the Top 10 for Awareness, Professional Attitude, Cleanliness and Cheery Greetings ! Thank you tothe whole staff for making my day and my Coffee! I?m always happy with the service here. The staff is friendly, drinks are made consistently good, and it is a clean place. Can... get a small bit crowded during the busy times, but ultimately can?t go wrong with getting a coffee here. Read more
I ordered 4 coffee in the drive through service. Guess what, after driving to my friends place I sip of my coffee and I realize... it is just a cup of hot water . Won't they even check? Why would i drive to get hot water. Later , I drive all the way back andin tell them you gave me hot water. They Don't think it's a big. No apology and no refund and no remorse.
