Not sure how much to chaulk up to corporate training or small town Oregonian niceties, but the ladies at this Starbucks just... made our night. I rushed back into the shop promptly asking for napkins to clean the inside of our coffee infused car seatsafter a self inflicted coffee v.s. gravity disaster. Not only did the help out with napikns, but without even asking thequickly remade my coffee. Small jester of kindness that made all the difference in a super frustrating situation. Thanksladies! Absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. It wasn't busy, the barista working did 1 drink at a time at the speed of a... sloth and put no ice in with the blended drink. Blended drink was basically flavored milk. The mocha was all chocolate. Gobs ofit in the bottom of the cup. Threw both drinks away. Read more
Very disappointed!! Waited 10 minutes for 2 cold muffins and a warm brownie and they didn't even warm the brownie. When I asked... the manager what wad taking so long, she was nasty and didn't warm my brownie. She held it up, dropped it in the bag andhanded it to me. I don't recommend this store. I called them and asked for her manager and she gave a wrong number. I calledback and got another wrong number. Read more
My daughter and I went inside and ordered two Caramel Ribbon Crunch?s to go. They were pretty busy with a long line in the drive... through and as well inside. Staff seemed to keep composed and were very friendly and kept and happy atmosphere. Drinks wheregreat and accurate. This Starbucks is located in the ?Keizer Station? near Subway. Workers here are usually nice. Today I had one being rushy with me which was unpleasant. (Whoever worked on 12/28 at around... 1:45pm@ the drive thru intercom, learn patience.)I ordered a grande iced drink. I asked for light ice As per usual and as perusual, they gave me a cup full of ice. When they do remember to give me light ice, there?s about 2 inches of empty cup. I Payfor a grande I expect it to be filled as a grande. When I asked them to fill it up they seem annoyed. I don?t understand whatthe difficulty is. Read more
My go-to for coffee! It doesn?t hurt that it?s right around the corner from my house. The lines in the drive-through can be long... during peak hours (9am-1pm) most days and all day until 3pm on Saturday & Sunday. So if you decide to venture in for yourfavorite coffee, have a podcast or audible download ready because it can easily take (10-15 min) to get your drink, especiallythrough the drive-through. With great shopping surrounding this Starbucks it has become very popular. Well worth it for mebecause they never mess up my favorite caramel Frappe, or if I?m trying to be ?good? caramel macchiato. I had a bag of Starbucks French Roast that I needed to be ground. I went in asked if they had time to do that for me and a young... lady behind the counter said "absolutely, bring them in". I don't know her name, but she was wearing a Starbucks Prideshirt....which I complimented her on. She took care of grinding the beans for me, and I left a nice tip the crew at thatstore....
