We went inside and there was no one working the counter to take an order. We were unable to figure out the kiosk situation.... There should be options. So we went through the drive-through and had a very long wait. And the person on the other end of thespeakor had no ability to communicate. Apparently everything is being automated so that there is NO interaction. The totalshows up on the board, but if you don't know that, then the person taking your order should be able to tell you. It just seemslike McDonald's and other companies like that are trying to make do with less and less employees. I guess I understand that butthe customer service part of a business is much more important than just keeping it running. Read more
Well if you go to this restaurant please check to see if they atleast cooked it before they sell it to you.
As any of my followers know,I'm not much on fast food. However,I did stop at McDs and ordered a couple McClucks,they were... surprisingly fresh,the cashier gentleman was quite courteous and the gentleman at the 2nd window was kind and friendly as well.I WILL be back Read more
This location is clearly understaffed. We visited after 7pm and the drive thru line was very slow. From the time we got in line... to the time we got our food was THIRTY-EIGHT minutes. The food was hot and fresh, but definitely not worth the wait. The lobbyis closed in the evenings, so the drive thru was the only option. Unfortunately, once you're in this line you are stuck. Thestaff was friendly and apologetic. I'm empathetic to what they must being dealing with, but I will not be returning to thislocation. Read more
Went to get a coffee only. Thought it was supposed to be really good coffee. It was not! Threw it right in the trash. Bummer
One of the nicest McDonalds I?ve been in. My grandson wanted a chocolate Sunday (only after he ate his whole lunch) but the had... no ice cream. Well, OK, lots of places are out of product in these COVID times, we told the grandson we could get ice creamsomewhere else. As I was waiting for the lunch order, the very nice manager? lady brought me a portion of hot chocolate syrup toput on the ice cream we were purchasing elsewhere! How thoughtful!! Read more
Ordered a McRib, light sauce, extra onions, extra pickles. See the pics what I received. No bottom bun, all the pickles/onions... on one side, loads of sauce. The person who prepared this should be reprimanded or fired! Also ordered a McDouble, no mustard.Guess what I got-- double mustard! Sorry McDonalds, you lost a customer for good. Read more
SLLLLOOOOOW DRIVE THRU. 2pm on a Sunday took 25 min and the drive thru was busy, not nothing crazy. I was probably 6 cars... behind. If food was made fresh, no biggie? but it?s a McDonalds. ???? Read more
