I'm a GrubHub driver and I was sent an order for Jersey Mike's about 10 minutes before I was able to arrive at the restaurant.... When I arrived was told it would be a few minutes as they were working on it, I stood there and watched them take orders andserve 10 or 12 people who walked in the door after me before even beginning the order that I was sent to pick up. Had to waitalmost 20 minutes for an order that came in 10 to 15 minutes before I arrived. Apparently online orders take a second class backseat to people who walk in the door. If Jersey Mike's Rosemary Parmesan crusted bread is your favorite feature of this awesome chain, then definitely don't look to... this location. Here is the single most out of stock location for this type of bread of any that I've been to over the years.Finally updating my status to 2-stars after ordering a sandwich with this bread again yesterday and finding it missing. IF I COULD GIVE TWENTY STARS I WOULD! My sandwich was made to perfection in just a few minutes, using the freshest ingredients... I've seen at a sub sandwich shop in quite a long time. The time between my order being placed and my receiving my food wasjust a few minutes, and most important of all it was delicious!!! The restaurant was clean and accessible at all times, and themusic tasteful. They also had a TV that looked like it was playing ESPN. A nice touch in case I were to come during agame. Yet sometimes it takes experiencing a difficulty at a business for you to really know how great that business is. On myfirst visit to this business a couple of weeks ago I discovered a problem with handicapped access. BUT THEY FIXED IT SO WELLYOU'D NEVER KNOW THE ISSUE HAD EVER BEEN THERE! KUDOS TO THE OWNERS & STAFF OF THIS JERSEY MIKE'S!!! The Owners reached out tome within 24 hours of my initial review being posted. They sought to understand the problem, and then took immediate anddecisive action to correct it. I've never seen a business so proactive at fixing an ADA access problem. And on my visit todayI found 100% handicapped access throughout the businesses. Plenty of seating (inside and out) that would accommodate multiplewheelchairs or other mobility equipment. Words just can't express how welcome they made me feel by responding to the issue theway that they did. The concern and effort put forth was nothing short of spectacular. And their efforts paid off by allowing meto visit today as easily as any of the other customers there. Everything that was available to the other customers, wasavailable to me without the need to ask for special accommodations. This was true even during the peak of their lunch rushhour. They have not only delivered on their ?A Sub Above? promise; they have shown that they are ?A Business Above? aswell. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Jersey Mike's!!!
