I went in there last night our chicken sandwiches weren't fresh and neither were our fries they both were dry and the chicken... sandwich was hard. I know it can take 7mins for fresh chicken. I rather wait for that then have food even my dogs wouldn't eat. Read more
Went through the drive-thru and ordered the 2 for 12 with a whopper and was told whopper wasn't available for the meal so we... asked what is available for the 2 for 12 and she said there's a menu right there. But couldn't tell me what was available? Askedto speak to the manager and she was the manager when we asked why she can't just inform us of the options she said do you knowhow many times a day I get asked those questions. Keep in mind it was on the moving menu that changes. Just completely rude andfood was bad fries were cold just disappointing and totally disrespectful. Worst management, even for a burger King. I ordered a double whopper and a small fry. The total was 11.38. They didn't tell me the total I had to look for it on the... screen. I was greeted with a hello but they didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce. She said the total and I paid. The small ff was2.89 which I thought was way too much and they weren't hot but not cold. The sandwich was ok. Once again not hot but not cold. Ifelt everything was overpriced and the service and food quality were medium. 3 out of 5. Read more
Pretty good food if you are in a rush and would luke to eat and the staff are friendly. I rate it a 4 out of 5 though because... when we ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese, it was pretty cold. Overall the place is good :) Read more
It was very cold in the restaurant. I ate my food quickly so I could get back to my car and get warm. Food was good. There was... only one other customer who was in the restaurant besides my two kids and myself. The restaurant was nice and clean but was justcold (like maybe 62 degrees). Read more
Nicely remodeled, clean inside seating. Service friendly, efficient. Food is slightly better-than-average fast-food fare. ... Their french fries are great. New, video touch screen soda machine can be difficult to work for older people. Interesting rockgarden in streetside space, zen-like. Read more
