These guys used to be super chill and cool, I don't know what happened but I'll just stick to the most recent thing that's... happened. They keep giving me organic fuel, for one it's disgusting and makes my tummy hurt, two I never ask for it and if itis more expensive why wouldn't you ask me?? I ordered the Teal iced Fuel for the first time. Is this normal to have orange stuff floating around in it??
My wife has gone to this coffee stand for quite some time and never have we been treated the way we were this evening. Ashley is... the employee that incorrectly made the two drinks we always order, which is no big deal stuff happens, but we then circledaround back to only be confronted by now a very rude employee. My son drinks a vanilla steamer because hes 7 and when he drankhis drink, he said there was no vanilla in it. My wife drank it and said it was warm milk. Ashley denied not putting any vanillain it and rudely stated that protocol at their store required a certain amount of pumps however she would put more in, but witha major attitude. My wife's drink was a blended horacha and came out the consistency of less than a melted icee. But because ofhow rude Ashley was, we didn't even request to have my wife's drink replaced. We live less than a couple blocks from thislocation and my wife prefers this coffee stand however if Ashley is working in the future and we see so, we will definitely begoing elsewhere. Every other employee that we've ever had at this location has been fantastic. Ashley is a very poorrepresentation of your company. Read more
