Ive never had great luck with their keene location and thats really being polite! I first tried them in claremont quite a while... ago and i really liked it! When keene was getting one i was psyched! I tried a couple different things 3 or 4 times and it wasnever great! Maybe its just the keene place though! I went in again really recently and the pizza was sub par but the staff,specifically the bartender were super nice!! So hopefully these guys can build their reputation back up with me?! Ate here a lot in college and recently came back to Keene. The garlic knots were out of this world and the pizza was delicious.... The Buffalo chicken wrap was filling and amazing. Drinks were great too! Needs some updating in the interior but overall greatfood! Read more
Update 8/22/22: Most recent visit was disappointing. Ordered online which was a fine enough experience. It was ready for me at... the quoted time. The pizza itself was the disappointing part. It seemed like someone put the dough on a pound of flour beforeputting it in the oven. The whole bottom of my pizza was coated in flour and it's all I could taste while trying to eat it. Itwas basically inedible. I think it'll be a while before I give Ramunto's an other try. 7/3/22: Delicious pizza! Staff wasfriendly, easily ordered over the phone and picked up without issues. Love that there's a parking lot here so you can get in andout without dealing with Main St. parking. Read more
I live in Keene and have eaten Ramunto?s my whole life. Last time I went I ordered online, I went to pick up my order 45 min... before they closed, over half my order was missing, doors locked, and they where closed. We only got the pizza witch was varyburnt. People where nice and gave me my money back, still doesn?t make up for the lack of customer service and horrible food.Went a week later another online order, and they messed up everything on the order, wrong toppings on pizza, wrong toppings incalzone, and no sides we ordered. I just tried going again, and there stores hours are completely different then what it saysonline. Worst restaurant in Keene, would never recommend going here, not sure the reason why the quality has dropped SO much inthe last year, but Keene would benefit if this ramunto?s location closed Read more
Went here for the first time after seeing it was voted best pizza in Keene. I got instead the worse pizza I?ve gotten in Keene... since moving here a year ago. The pizza was totally undercooked. Dough raw. Absolutely no flavor. Scant toppings. Even aftercooking it more and adding toppings and seasoning, it was inedible. Total waste of money. Read more
I have been getting pizzas from Ramunto's for years now. But the last few times I have been there, their pizzas have gotten... considerably worse. Their crust has been getting thinner and thinner, which has led to the last several pizzas I have gottenbeing badly burnt. The last one also had nearly no sauce on it, so it was a chore to just pull off the toppings. I am unsureif this is a trend or just a one off issue though. The last two times I ordered pizza it took me 15 and 28 minutes waiting inline to actually get my pizza after it was ready, so the pizza wasn't even hot anymore. In the end, the repeated combo of a 26dollar pizza that wasn't hot and was burnt to a crisp means I will be switching pizza places. Read more
Day gots em NYC style slices, crispy cheesy and delicious, plus dat water is fresh with da ice cubes an all dat. Much respect Yo... da crew for cooking up all dat goodness.
