What a terrible experience. Middle of the afternoon. They were out of the buns for the sandwich I wanted. I ordered something... else with a coupon. They said the coupon wouldn't take the actual amount off, so it cost me about $2 more than the coupon price.They "couldn't fix it". I asked for a receipt, because I was going to complain, but they were out of paper. They were also outof Coca-Cola, they didn't give me a straw, and the fries were reheated and not fresh. We pulled up at 6pm, and there were 3 cars in front of us. The first car drove off immediately. The SUV sat there for 15 minutes... before driving off, and then the car waited about 2 and drove off. We sat there 20 minutes before getting to the speaker where aguy told us it was a shift change and would be a minute. He then asked us to order, so we did and he said again it was a shiftchange and would be a minute before he could help us. We waited 5 more before driving to the one off Highland. Much betterservice. When we got in line, a man came on the speaker saying there was ?4?or 5?or 4? cars in front of us so he wasn?t taking anymore... orders right now (looked like about 2 from what we saw.) We found it strange but we waited maybe 5 minutes or so and anotheremployee started talking and told us that they were ?out of big meat? and only had ?little meat?, which we thought was weird.She also sounded very irritated and was practically yelling. After we paid, they told us to pull forward and wait, and we didfor about 10 minutes which seemed excessive considering we ordered one single meal of chicken nuggets and there was only oneother car waiting for their food. We called to tell them our order was messed up and they didn't care. I told them they should have a sign up if lettuce is... recalled. The employee said it was on the news, so we should already know, no need to tell us. They forgot my honey mustardsauce, no straws, and no lettuce on our burgers. No one cared. Tried to call corporate, no answer. Tried to fill out the onlineform and got a 404 error. Every time I go to this location I get cold food, missing items, and dry chicken. Every time I go there, and I don't know why I return, the people working the drive thru seem to be high on something, can't... speak sentences eyes hard shut slurring their words! Food is always cold, if they even get my order right. I will not bereturning. Read more
Ordered two Dave doubles fries and 10piece chicken nuggets gets. The burgers had missing items. Called in and manager was great... he offered to redo my order. Then I go to eat the burger and it had a hair in it. I was going to take a pic of it but the wifehad already dumped it. Read more
