You?re dumb as manager on 11-23-22 at 10:30 pm made me go back through the drive thru which was long, to get my second order... because I had two orders for door dash stacked. She has nasty attitude about it. Get your priorities straight that?s not how yourun a shift worrying about your window time. Read more

I?ve visited this location a few different times as it is close to me? unfortunately l have found the issues always to be the... same. It gets SOO busy and they seem to not know how to handle it. Poor training perhaps? Understaffed? Either way, it makes fora poor service experience. They forgot items in the drive thru and after I had to go in and ask them to correct it, they treatedmy corrected order as though I was a new walk in so I had wait until everyone in the dining room (there was A LOT) had beenserved. Overall, I likely won?t be back to this location and cannot recommend it to others. Read more

So this Taco bell is now my Favorite location. They originally messed up my order a few days ago and it was disappointing so I... called the store and the night crew just said you can come back and we'll fix it.. but we didn't want to drive back on Halloweenweekend again. ANYWAY Veronica somehow found out my order was messed up and called me back on 10/31/2022 and apologizedsincerely, and we went went into today and she replaced our order, bought my Sister's meal and gave us free drinks. She was thebest Manager and has the best customer service I've seen in a while. Will be returning!! Read more

Always forgetting items with delivery services. It?s not a hard job, I?ve done it before. It?s just pure laziness and lack of... care. I don?t work countless hours to come home & order food I don?t even receive! You can?t blame the drivers anymore either.As they don?t have access to the sealed bag. Read more

I live near this taco bell so I always come often. Probably has the best employees in all of Utah. I always get my order right... and the food is delivered quick and hot. I'm just afraid of the day the customer service degrades here but for the years on endthis store have been amazing! Read more

This Taco Bell is farther then the one by my home. I choose to come here because the Taco Bell on 5600 w has the worst customer... service . When I drive a couple extra minutes here I know I?m gonna be treated kindly. I have a big family so when I go throughdrive thru they treat me nicely and they don?t rush me nor tell me they can?t finish my order because it?s too big. I wish Icould?ve gotten the cashier name because he is an example what customer service is about. We forgot I couple things when wepulled up to the window but the cashier told us not to worry about it and that he could just add it in. We asked if he couldgive us lots of mild sauce because the one on 5600 w literally only give us 3 packets in total, but not here he literally gaveus a small bag half filled up just with that sauce now we have extra for next time. I really wish I?ve gotten that cashier namebecause he was awesome and I will drive longer to be treated like a human being Read more

Hair and a hard piece in my tacos. When I called all I got back was an "ok" and when I pressed he said "there's no one back here... with black hair and we all wear gloves." He took my side and said I wasn't lying but I mean, there's hair and debris in mytacos. And this is the second or third time I've had a hard piece in my tacos, it's really the hair that's drawn the line. Idon't really care what the hair color is of people. I've worked fast food, accidents happen I know. All I wanted was an apologyand a refund but I got neither. He offered to make them again but why would I continue to eat there after this? I'm notoblivious I know it's a freaking taco bell, I'm not expecting to be worshipped and served on a gold platter but just a littleunderstanding and respect and the assurance that I won't have someone else's hair in my mouth when I eat there. A mildly disappointing experience here today. Their service was adequate and the food tasted good, but the restaurant was a... disaster. It made it it hard to eat there. Plus, the staff stood around long enough visiting with each other for a supervisor totake notice. 10/08/2021 update: decided to give the store a second chance since my last complaint. I added a photo of anemployee serving my food on a dirty tray. So,apparently, the employees aren't interested in maintaining a clean restaurant,which indicates to me there could be problems with their food as well. Just saying. At least the supervisor acted on mycomplaint after bringing it to her attention. Read more
