This is absolutely the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to simply because I had the BEST CHAI TEA LATTE. I have ever had. I... cannot remember the two young ladies that were working in that Starbucks but they were top notch. They not only quickly filledoffers, but were extremely positive, courteous, and professional and ensued everyone had a positive experience at the shop. Read more
On 7/5/2021 around 4pm (Starbucks store Number T-857 located in Target, Kearney NE). My wife ordered a Starbucks refresher.... There was no one in line ahead of us and we were able to place our order right away. There was one Starbucks barista employee atthe counter and she took our order of a single Starbucks refresher. However there was a young lady behind us that was a Targetemployee. There was no one else behind her. As we were waiting for our refresher, which only takes a very short time to make,the Starbucks barista asked the Target employee if she was on her break. The Target employee said "yes" and the Starbucksbarista said ok I will get your order in first. So the barista proceeded to complete the order of the Target employee firstsince she was on her break. Ignoring our order even though we placed it first and paid for it. Our order was a simple Starbucksrefresher. The Target employee's order was a sandwich and specialty coffee that took time to make. Instead of asking us if wewere ok with her completing the other order first, she just went ahead and did it, leaving us standing there while theyproceeded to small talk about their zodiac and moon signs, giggling and carrying on. Side note, there was also a second baristaworking who also could have helped, yet only took time to step away from filling containers of cream to chime in on the zodiacand moon sign conversation. Long story short, incredibly poor customer service that has assured that we will no longer becustomers of Starbucks. Read more
We didn't really go to Starbucks we went into Target and they have a Starbucks in Target but the Starbucks there is usually... pretty nice. Any Starbucks is good though they always have really good coffee at good prices. Read more
