Edit-I hate to do this, but Unfortunately things have gone pretty south the past couple of months. I?d say about 50% of our... drink orders are just wrong ????. Like wrong size, flavor, number of drinks ???????????. Today when we ordered a Diet Coke withdiet cherry I ended up with a combo Diet Coke/ cherry limeade concoction. I?ve loved our sonic drinks, but I think I?ll be waybetter off just just passing for a while ???? I know you guys are short staffed, but ???????????? We?ve been long time customersand it?s always been a very positive experience. Tonight though the staff here went above and beyond. We asked if it waspossible to have a limited time item that ended in July possibly made. Without hesitation we were told, ?Of course!? Then themanager Dan took the time to come out to our vehicle about our order because the speaker was not working. We kind of goofedeverything up because we placed an app order first, then added the discontinued item- Dan comes out again, smiling andexplaining how with the two orders how one needed to be processed first to then process the second one and apologized to me forany inconvenience ( despite my being the one to create the inconvenience in the first place )????. Then once we got our order-the car hop Tina read back our entire order and was extremely delightful. With how difficult it is to find people to hire rightnow ( and I know Sonic is no exception)employees and managers are overworked, stressed, and often under appreciated. However,each time we come here the employees are upbeat, positive, funny, and helpful! Keep doing whatever you are doing at thislocation! Your hard work and positive attitudes definitely show! Horrible service in the evening/night. They always make a mistake on my order. Some how some way. Also the food is bad the fries... where cold and tasted horrible. Cheeseburger didn't taste the greatest either. Read more
I took advantage of the $1.00 Cony chilli cheese dog. It's not the foot long, but hey - a buck is a buck. Delicious!
Good food. Fast service. Pulled in and ordered from the drive up. It was like ordering through two cans connected by a string... but the employee was patient. Read more
Got my food quickly and it was alright however this dude Sheldon that was my carhop was so good at his job I did a survey before... I even ate my food. Guy stood there and talked to my kids the whole time he's passing us food he was super friendly and we wereall super happy with our experience all because of him regardless of how good our food was which we had no complaints aboutanyway. Getting things fresh or how you order them is hit and miss. Most if the staff is friendly, some are having a bad day and like to... advertise it and take it out on customers. Drinks are usually good though... food depends. Read more
Always great faces & great food/ slushy/ shakes... etc... I wish they could lower the prices a little, but everything is so... good! (I might be partial because it's was my first job????????) I also love them for supporting local schools for students toearn slushies, hot dogs...& more! Go sonic! Read more
