Food was okay. But what got me was the fact that one employee had long hair past her shoulders not in a pony tail and hair was... going everywhere, then she coughed into her hands in front of a line of customers. She tried to continue to take orders, but letme say she got a little upset when I asked her to wash her hands before grabbing food out of the warmer. I will not be comingback when that employee is working on that shift. Read more

Good pretzels but kinda slow service.
Always love the pretzel bites, have alot of dips. Staff are usually nice. Prices aren't bad. They have desert pretzels also,... smoothies, fountain drinks and more. When in the mall I like stopping by. Recommend!! Read more
Being a local, I go to this place all the time. Pretzels are made fresh every day, along with their lemonade which is very good.... It's a little expensive but it tastes great. Read more
This establishment had a very nice and warm welcome. Sadly a worker you know your name was quite rude and completely ruined my... appetite. She was very salty and was definitely was to old to be working at the establishment. Luckily there was a peppy worker who helped through the tragic experience.
