Amazing service kind and caring. Delicious pizza at this location
Nobody ever answers the phone! So annoying
So much for?Casey?s Pizza? I?ve always loved their pizza and have ordered there for over 20 years! Well, no more! They?ve... gotten some lazy and rude employees working there now. I tried calling to order a pizza and no one answered the phone. So Iwent in to place my order in person. There were only 2 employees working. They both were at the cash register (leaving no onein the kitchen) helping people who were there to pick up pizza orders. The phones were ringing and no one was answering. Iwaited patiently for one of the employees to finish with the customers and return to the pizza kitchen so I could place myorder. Finally, an angry, heavyset woman came back to the kitchen. She saw me standing there and asked me if I was there for apickup. I told her ?I?m here to order? she told me flatly ?the kitchen is closed?. I walked away in disbelief - apparently thekitchen wasn?t ?closed? previously as others were picking up THEIR orders. I thought about it afterwards and MAYBE she wronglyassumed I was trying to order a sandwich or something BUT she could have clarified what she meant if she had any customerservice skills at all. SHEESH! But I didn?t care. I figured I would just go to the Casey?s on 25th as they have a biggerkitchen and since they are right in the middle of town I assumed they would be well staffed. Casey's is always a great place to go. They have a lot of good deals and their gas is cheap. Plus their Associates are always... nice and friendly when I go in there and I always get my ice from them. Great place. Read more
