Chips were missing from bag, sandwich wasn't cut in half as requested. Also good luck fitting your truck in the drive thru.

Around 7 me and my friend went through the Kearney Jimmy Johns drive through and all we get was unprofessional eye roll from the... girl who was supposed to give us our food. The issue with the girl at the window was old issues. Come to find out she told theguy that was making our food to spit in it. We left feeling disrespected. The guy was being very nice about the situation.Overall ruined my outlook on this restaurant. Read more

After about a half hour driver showed up. I tipped the driver THEN found out he forgot 2/3 of my order. I'm guessing they do... this to the truckers know they probably won't have to rectify it. He even kept the tip. Read more
