I love this location! I don?t drink coffee but every time I come here the staff is friendly and accommodating. They are willing... to recommend different drinks and remake them if necessary. Everyone seems willing to help, this location has great service. Read more
POOR server attitide. Coffee ok. Let's face it, Starbucks in a corner of Smith's just doesn't make it there is no crowd and... no atmosphere. the service is poor and there is no camaraderie between customers and servers. I don't recommend this place. Read more
This place is the best, every time I?ve been here the baristas have been super nice and always get my order right, they even... will usually be nice enough to pay off the rest if I?m 10 cents short for a item which is really caring of them, my favoritebarista there is Nikki, she is always really nice. After seeing a ridiculously long line at a drive thru location, we opted for going to this location, which we hadn't been to... before. The staff were friendly and our coffee came out very quickly. We'll definitely visit again, especially with the longlines at other locations Read more

The workers are great!!!! love them!!!!! but this location needs at least 2 people at ALL times. especially because there's... mobile ordering. Pull someone from another department. Get one of the smiths managers to fill in. Staffing is not that hard.stop trying to cut corners and save money. The number one goal of the general manager of this smiths location should be to makesure that the store staffed properly and they're definitely failing to do that. If you want have a Starbucks inside your grocerystore staff it properly. (minimum 2 people all times) you open the store with two people. You close the store with two people.This is really not that complex for a human brain to understand.
