Showed up at 9 pm earlier this week (an hour before closing time) and all the outside lights were off, including the menus in... the drive through. Had to wait at least a full minute for someone to acknowledge me before ordering even though I was the onlyperson in the drive thru. To top it off the staff was very apathetic and I cannot in good conscience recommend this location. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then it was our turn and they shut off the ordering Board and said we are shutting... down early due to lack of employees.. there was nobody even behind us(couldn?t take one more order huh)I?m so tired of employeesmaking decisions for owners of fast food restaurants. I guarantee the owner would be upset over the employees not staying openfor the posted hours just because they want to go home early!! Its food, and its conveniently located right off of the I-15 exit. But don't expect speed or count on friendliness...and... definitely check your order before driving away. We have found items missing, frequently. Read more
Holy S***! 45min to complete an order which consisted of two number 11s, a number 10, and a number 12, with two orders of fries,... no drinks. First off they misunderstand me when I say ?No fries one of the number 11s? and they think I said I didn?t want thebread. How the hell does ?No fries?? equate to no bread for a sandwich? We have tried to eat their twice this week. And both times we ended up leaving because the wait was so long! They really need to... figure out how to run the drive thru better, if their still gonna ride the lobby is closed to to coivd excuse for much longer. Read more
The food is standard fast food, the shakes are insanely good, but this is not even remotely fast food. Every wait is easily a... 15-20 min wait Only doing the drive through is so stupid. The line stays ridiculously long here. They need to open the lobby andcut down on their wait time. The employees can only do so much when theyre forced to do it like that. Went to go get dinner last Saturday, July 2nd, the wait wasn?t too bad, but it was still slow that day. I placed my order,... person took my order, finally got to the drive thru window, employee was trying to funny saying my total was $300?!? I told himit was $25 and told him what I ordered. They didn?t program my order, it was a bit ridiculous, I thought someone took my orderbut they didn?t have anything down of what I ordered, the two that helped me weren?t helpful at all and I just left afterwaiting for almost 15 minutes, this place needs to shape up and open the lobby inside, ridiculous that we still can?t eatinside.
