Absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from Monument Valley! The great service, high quality of food, and excellently made latte... make this cafe a must in the area. My picture does not do it justice, but trust that this place would be competitive even in abig city with tons of restaurant options. All that, and fairly priced. Total win. The only negative for us is that it won't beopen on Sunday for us to have breakfast there on our drive back south. Read more

We had an excellent experience, one of the best restaurants in the Rez. The food tasted fresh, the plates were nicely built and... size was just right. The decor is simple and it feels like being at home. The place is quiet popular and if you arrive late youmay need to wait up to 30 minutes to get seated. Service was friendly and welcoming Read more

Tasting good Mexican food. Only one thing we really missed, nachos and sauce like everywhere else on the house. Instead a tiny... portion for 3$. But the food very good and very friendly service. Will come again. Also a nice porch. Second evening here. Againthanks for having us. Try the Navajo Taco and chimichanga burrito. Very delicious. Third time in a row. Fajitas. You have totry. Don?t eat in the hotels! Eat here!! Read more

What a great surprise. We stumbled upon this delicious restaurant on our way to the Grand Canyon. It might not look like much... from the outside but inside it is super cute and the food is great. I had the shrimp chalupa on fry bread and loved it! Therewas a bit of a wait at lunch time but definitely worth it. Read more

This place was an amazing find - some of the best Mexican food that I've had, not an exaggeration. I will happily go FAR or of... my way to repeat, highest possible recommendation. Would give it 6 stars if possible! We tried the Elote dip, the MuttonTostado, the Fry Bread Chalupa, and the Fry Bread a la mode for dessert. Everything was truly outstanding! You could honestlytransplant this place out to Vegas, and people would pay three times as much for the food. Hell they'd book a month in advancefor the pleasure. Just go!! Read more

This is a fabulous small restaurant. There is not much in town and I am so glad that we found Amigo Cafe. The staff is super... friendly. A busy restaurant that knows how to handle the guests. All of the food that we had was delicious, not too spicy, justright. I highly recommend you stop here if you?re passing through this part of the Arizona. Read more

This place may seem deceiving from the outside but is definitely worth a stop! The food was flavorful. The taquitos had the most... flavorful and spicy cream sauce. The best part was that we had our dog with us on our trip and they were so accommodating andallowed us to sit on their patio so we could have our dog with us and not in the hot car. They were nice and great food. If youhappen to be passing through definitely stop here! Read more
