I just left there and ordered a flat bread and salad. The red head girl told me they don?t chop the salad with the meat any... longer which is one of the reasons I like subway salad. The other girl walked up and said ?why didn?t you chop the salad ? thered head girl gave her a look like ?be quite? I?m think she probably was too lazy to chop salad. My husband just had theflatbread which I ask her to toast she put it in the oven maybe 5 seconds he says cheese or meat were not melted. So my orderwas not as we had hoped. Maybe if the girls working was thankful they had a job they would give better customer service. Read more
The staff is very slow and they use the same gloves to use the cash register and touch the food. In addition, the closing time... is at 10:00 every day and they closed at 9:30. We practically had less than 15 minutes to eat there. Read more
I always love going to Subway but this time was a different experience at this location. There was two younger girls in the... store by themselves one of them was a redhead working a shift together right now at this time. At first they placed the meat inthe right place but then she started putting all the cheese and put all the lettuce in the middle of the bread that it wassupposed to fold area making it harder for the second girl to fold up and wrap my sandwich and when I got my sandwich it washard to hold and keep together. Which the second girl they really gave me the lettuce and I had to say more and it still wasn'tthat much and then when she put the mayonnaise on she put it on back and forth three to four times instead of two times likethey usually do. She did the same with the mustard on a sandwich I started getting made after my first one. They weren't veryhappy you could tell and showed hardly any kindness. Like I said this doesn't usually happen and the workers are usually reallygreat but I think the newer girls need a bit more training before running their own shifts. I hope to see their customer serviceskills to build if I see them again in there. Read more
Staff is always rude? but we love subway so we visit often.. however today I ordered my kid a turkey sub online, we got all the... back home and she took a bite of a tuna sub. They didn?t give me my drink at the window, and took forever to grab it when Ireminded them. Read more
The workers there are so rude ! The lady?s that where working on Monday at 5 pm where so rude the veggies where not fresh the... lettuce looked brown and the cucumbers looked bad. While I was ordering the phone was ringing they where ignoring it and one ofthem finally picked it up and answered very rudely and hung up on the person and the other lady was like did you hang up on themand the lady replied with yes I don?t have time and they both laughed about it . Hopefully the lady?s can work on their costumerservice and if not hopefully they get fired . It was a very bad experience. Read more
Worst restaurant in Kaufman. No one in front on me, 5 sandwiches on the bar being made, 2 workers making the sandwiches, no one... interested in helping me. Lady keeps saying I'll be with you in a second, but refuses to take my order. Not first time, but lasttime for sure.. writing this in competitors restaurant. Subway HATES dine in customers, or just customers in general. Read more
