Sat at the stall for 7mins before they answered the button. Girl taking my order keep saying " is that all" after everything.... Didn't even ask what kind of sauce for our strips. Nor allowed me to ask for any. Very rude and unprofessional. My carhop wasamazing though. Thank you Kailey for making a horrible experience into a slightly better one. Read more

Very rude employees when they get your order wrong. I was told by the owner they don't give refunds even though they messed up.... I will never order from this place again. I understand now why they only have 3 stars. Read more

I've eaten with Sonic i think since they first started the chain. The thing I like most about Sonic is their tater tots and... slushes. Yummy plus their #1 cheeseburger isn't bad either. I usually can't eat all of it at one time so I get a 2nd meal thenext day. Price is about right for what you order. Read more

Ordered to medium shakes that were good. The service is mediocre, the girl brought out the shakes with spoons. I'm like they're... shakes, can we get straws? She said yes took the cc to make the payment and get straws. After she went in i noticed they didn'twipe the outside of the cups, there was shake on the sides of both of them. She came back and had to make another trip to getnapkins. I've never never had shakes brought to me with no straws or napkins. Read more

My wife and I went to get shakes. Although it was a little busy it took 20 min. Before the board said that the order was coming... to the car. It took five more min. Before it got to the car. The shakes were half melted and not well made the cherry with stemwas on the bottom of my shake and my wife's churro was also on the bottom with no garnish on top. What is it with sonic thatthey can't schedule enough staff to cover a shift. The y closed down the drive through just to have enough people to cover thecars. They need to learn how to expedite their tickets and please train your staff to show urgency when you are busy. I startedat sonic both as a cook and as a carhop and I don't remember a 25 min ticket time being acceptable for 2 shakes. If you wouldnot eat or drink it don't serve it. Read more

By far the worst sonic I have ever been too. My order has been wrong every time and customer service is non existent. What?s... worse is, I place my order via the app so I know the order is placed correctly. In my most recent experience today, I placed myorder via app per usual. I arrived at sonic and checked into a stall 8 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. After sittingthere for about 10 minutes, I saw on the screen a carhop was on the way with my order. 10 more minutes go by, still no food. Atthis point, my name is no longer checked into the screen at the stall and it said push the button for service. I had decided Ihad waited long enough so I press the button and let them know the situation. The woman said there was a ?mix up? and they wereremaking my order. I questioned what happened and the woman said they must have gave my order to someone else. SHOCKER. I alsodon?t believe they realized this until I called in. 5ish minutes later, the manager walks out with our food. She notices one ofour drinks is half full and takes it back inside to fill it up which was great, but another example of people not doing theirjob. Finally, there was no apology or recognition of wrong doing which is the main reason I am leaving this review. I am not oneto leave reviews, but this really is unacceptable and I hope corporate takes a look at what?s going on at this Sonic. Big fan ofSonic, but if you are in Kaufman, go on over to Detour. Fantastic customer service, freshly made burgers, and you don?t have toworry about them getting your order wrong. Read more

My daughter called order in. When I went to pick order up, they sent someone else's order out. Secondly, the next order was... almost what we were supposed to pick up. The fries were ice cold, the child's burger had wrong sauces and had vegetables. Irequested the manager come out to car and feel the fries. I asked her if she would eat, which she replied "No". On thirdattempt we got order, but my burger was cold and they charged my daughter's credit card full price of $24.00! Same nasty Sonic,just new location. Read more
